But I have seen Yuri, and the public meeting is nothing to be concerned about. We met at a sports bar, I sat at the bar drinking a beer, she walked in and sat at the same bar like we were not together (I told her what I would be wearing. I was watching football there anyway whether I was meeting her or not, we talked and she had a few beers with me. She paid for her own and I paid for my own, it was just general conversation so she could get comfortable with me. Think about these things, how many times do you get to see the provider in person before any fiduciary outlays? When I first called her I thought it was going to be a hassle, and I was going to have to go out with her or something. i'd also readily believe that le goes after providers who say they're 18 and look it or younger more so than others for the various reasons you just mentioned. but what does that mean for us? does it mean that they find out where she is doing incalls (or tail her on her outcalls) and let guys go inside and do whatever it is they came to do with such providers? in other words, use that provider as some sort of unwitting decoy to snare hobbyiests. that doesn't seem like such a solid way to make a good bust unless they also plant bugs on her or in her incall location. and then in that case, unless they bust in early before any illegal act may have been committed, they'd also be sitting idly by while some guy might be inside having sex with a possibly **** girl. that doesn't seem too likely to me either. more likely they target those gals by sending in undercover johns who then try to get those providers to make them an offer first that they can refuse and then bust them on it. in the latter case, it would be a major concern to the provider but not nearly so much to the mongers that call on her (unless perhaps they were stupid enough to say something over the phone or in a tm that constitutes propositioning and that could later be found by her investigating / arresting officers). and if the girl actually is **** then i hardly think they're then going to turn that same girl around and try to use her as a decoy.
imho, there are a lot of other things that one should be looking out for besides their subjective opinion that the girl looks like she might be **** (if she really looks like she's really under 18 and no way could she be as old as she says she is then thats another story). for example, i rarely see any provider who has just started advertising regardless of how old she is or appears to be. those are the ones who could be uc leo's trying to set you up. besides if its just a young inexperienced provider who doesn't know what she's doing and is targeted by the cops, then she's not likely to be advertising for very long for other obvious reasons (she'll be quickly busted. if the ads have been running a while, the odds of something like that going on drop dramatically (and the odds that she's not **** probably goes up). one also should be looking out for whether any provider is being surveilled by uc leo (whether as a target herself or as her being a participating decoy) regardless of how old she says she is or appears to be and if it looks sketchy walk away (e.g. suspicious vans or occupied cars in the nearby area, lack of easy egress, etc.). granted that is not always so obvious. and thirdly, i try to use my spidey sense once we're together. uc cops will act a little differently then many providers will. for example, i can't see a uc decoy cop greeting you at the door in some skimpy attire and then welcoming you with a full body embrace and sloppy kiss, or bringing up money first or allowing you to check out her back rooms for back-up officers (unless her pimp is hiding out there).

I'm not one to TOFTT very often. I don't guess very often. Regardless of age appearance I google the number and look in various places for reviews. That will sort out the age thing IMO. If she has no reviews to be found and there is no path to follow by Googling her number, I will pass.
