You must not have priced any lawyers lately. Its 5000 bucks for a simple solicitation case, upwards of 20-30K for a felony like Tony is talking about. The cops would invariably lose the ID or the girl would lie about having been asked to show it. Typically the prosecutors in such as case dress the girl to look as young as possible. Believe me, she may have looked 20 on the track, but in court she's going to look like she is 12.

I agree the cops are not going to waste their time getting a warrant to arrest a john for some misdemeanor. The cops are probably getting warrants for the pimps.

Can't believe a veteran like you has not picked up a SW in at least a year :).

i have only picked up in aaa maybe three times and that was years ago. i do not like it as an area to pick up. there are too many people around, too many cars that could have surviellence in them. and all the **** girls running around. you never know when some **** girl who has been out clubbing gets a wild hair and decides to turn a trick just for the fun of it.

i once was hoping to pick up a nice looking girl in the aaa and she jumped in a black suv. they went to the end of the block and turned the corner and i decided to move to other pastures. when i went around the corner the suv took it was parked on the side of the street. i looked in as i passed and the guy driving shined a very bright spotlight on me. i kept going they did not pursue.

i just do not like the aaa. i will drive through if i am in the area but rarely, if ever anymore, would i pick up.

another note - i heard this in tacoma but it could very well be true in seattle also. the fbi gave the city at least $100,000 to clean up prostitution in tacoma with the focus being on pimps and not so much the girls and i am not sure even the johns. that was quite sometime ago so i am sure that money was spent long ago and do not know about seattle but....

Never said I hadn't picked up a SW in at least a year. I did mention I hadn't picked on up in the AAA in over a year. And I am getting close to not picking any up at all, just not quite there yet.

I agree about AAA, though it's mostly because the girls have a rather inflated idea about what their services are worth. And the long-range sting activity may explain some of the weirdness around the AAA for the recent past.

Also, Hargow lives in California, but wants to bless us with his superior knowledge of the universe. He thinks the law here is the same as California. It's not. Soliciting a minor is a felony in Washington, and conviction requires sex offender registration. The prices Hargow is quoting are for misdemeanors.

As the Californian who posted earler said, Hargow is full of shit. Ignore him.

Driving north on 99 saw a youngish, tall brunette around 5 pm walking between 85th-95th. She was probably around 20-23. Black halter, tight jean shorts.

She looked too clean to be a regular SW, so I passed. But then saw her hop in another car and speed off to a hotel around 115th or so.

Any info?

She was absolutely GFE material. Based on looks, anyway.

Yeah Chloe has fallen on hard times...I dated her about 3 months ago and she was looking pretty good then. Now I see her by the Hoverpass often and she walks like she has some sort of infection in her legs...

So in other words you got arrested for engaging in sexual relations with a hooker under 18, cops and prosecutors threaten everything under the sun, and ultimately you plea to solicitation, do no time, do community service, and ultimately have the charge cleared.

While you may think you were lucky I think this is pretty much par for the course. Newspapers always print when someone gets nabbed with a child prostitute but never follow up with what happens afterwards. These sorts of cases never go to trial and are almost always plea bargained. All the talk about felony case costs don't apply because it never gets that far.

A family member was nabbed for a relationship with someone who was under 16 and he was over 18. Same thing - lots of talk, lots of threats, ultimately plea bargained to a misdemeanor and did no time.

This was the way it worked before this new law was passed and it will be the way it works after this new law was passed. In a year I'm going to try and get the Stranger or Weekly to do an article on how much this new law was used and I'm going to bet the number of johns prosecuted under it will be 0. Yes they will threaten you with 21 months in prison, blah blah blah, but ultimately if a case like that goes to trial and the girl doesn't show up (as they often don't) or the jury finds reasonable doubt (which is far more likely given the prison time at stake), it's a big embarassment for the prosecutor - they will take a bird in hand every time. The exception of course is for those johns that actively look for juvenile prostitutes - in that case they will likely pursue and god help you then.

All that being said, as always if there's any doubt in your mind you might as well check ID (although IDs can be faked) - or do what I do and find a regular ;-)

by beef with the aaa is that they either never get in your car or if they do want to charge escort rates. i can't remember the last time i picked up a girl there and actually did anything... i think a lot of girls just go there to be seen or be a part of the "scene".

Even if the SW says you solicited they won't have anything. They may arrest you since they have probably cause and may charge you as well but if you wait they will drop the charge since it's a he-said/she-said case with no physical evidence (SW's don't make the best witnesses).

Hi Guys!

I wanted to report on the adventure I had yesterday. I wrote a long report when I got home but somehow lost it before posting but I was sure I posted a response to Mariners Man about just missing the WSW he reported on.

Okay, here goes, I started off my day with a great visit at Tokyo Spa with Sue. I left happy and satisfied, thinking that that would be it for the day...

But as I ended in the Greenwood area later last night I thought I would check out the Aurora Stroll. I don't have much experience picking up SW's, having picked up a few in the past on Aurora and a couple down on Pac Highway.

I definately prefer AMP's.

Starting about 6:30 I didn't see much, except for the WSW Mariners Man reported seeing. I wasn't sure if she working at first, especially as she was walking with the traffic rather than against it which I had usually seen them do in order to make better contact. Well, I decided to see what would happen but when I pulled off to see what would happen I saw her get into a fellow mongers jeep and take off.

I kept checing out the Ave for a while but just saw a heavy set WSW walking up and down. I decided to just take a peek Denny/AAA all the board's warning in mind. I have never checked-out the action down there and just wanted to take a look. Too many people and confusing for me. I like the Ave as the SW's stand out more.

Uncle Leo was out and I knew to be careful. I did see what I thought was a BSW around 95th talking to a guy in a wheelchair at a bus stop, I have read about the ladies using bus stops so I made eye contact and pulled over around the corner. Her name was Nicki and is a nice looking lady from back East. We did the usual show and tell and drove off. She wanted .5 for a BBBJCIM but took .40. We found what I thought was a good spot but ended being interupted after 5 minutes of a great BJ by a guy taking his dog for a walk. I do know a couple of spotsbut they work best after dark.

So much for that and so I headed out to 105th for a stop at a favorite Drive-In from my youth when what do I see but a gorgeous lady talking to a couple of obviously civillian ladies. She was dressed in a short flimsy black dress and wore spiked heels. She was dressed more for a night on the town or even a strip club. Much too obvious but my little head overrid my stomach and told me to forget my burger and take a chance so I pulled out and passed her by, giving her a wave as I passed and she smiled and hopped in after I pulled in at the next street. We did the usual checks -- Are You A... with her showing me hers (shaved) and her feeling my already saluting soldier.

We started driving with her asking what I wanted, which as soon as she had gotten into my car I knew would have to be more than a BJ in the car so when she quoted me $.1 for an hour of fun I headed up the Ave. to a motel she said was "user friendly". Definately the most beautiful woman ever in my car.

She goes by Rain and usually works the Denny/AAA stroll so I know I am not the only one lucky enough to have picked her up. Check her out on BP if you don't want to chance the stroll. Both she and Nicki told me that the downtown area is a place to be especially careful, as noted in this board. She is a mix of Jamaican and Chinese.

At the motel she told me that she has danced in a couple of other cities and even down here at Rick's. She says she is 20 but I would guess a couple years more. No, I didn't check her ID. She didn't look under 18 but I should have asked. just to be careful and get in the habit.

After hearing that she had been a dancer I asked about a dance and she obliged with my even getting out some 1$ bills for some added fun. I always thought it would be fun pretending to be in a club and move onto some full-service fun right afterwards and it is. She has a great body, skinny, with just a little bit of a booty which is fun after the action starts. I know some of you guys would take off a few points for her small naturals but I enjoyed them.

After the dance she let me enjoy some DIY which she definately enjoyed, what with her directing the action and ending in a big finish (I saw and felt the results of my efforts). I really wish I had been able to make a video of her reactions and sound effect so that I could watch it later over and over. Maybe next time. My other Ave. treasure (Amber, a BSW) I picked up a couple of years age has let me record our get togethers a few times, which I really enjoy having. And make the long Alaska Winters much more bearable. This lady is much better looking and would make it even more exciting to watch.

We then started off with a little BJ action and right into her favorite, doggy and after a few more positions it was my turn to finish off, orally.

I am already planning on seeing her again this weekend.
