I think they are effectively closed for good. They should probably look for a location just outside the city limits where the city cannot block them. I have driven by a few times on the way to play golf and it looks just like it did when they shut down. The town is too small for them to not get noticed. I went a few times and had a decent time.

Went to Alba spa today. Seemed like the reviews were decent. Got there right when they opened. The mamasan led me to the room and in came Lola. I'm guessing she's in her early 40's. Looks, 5/10. Nice breasts, average ass for a 40 something, pouch belly. She was very friendly, but in an awkward way. Also smelled a bit like cigarettes.
Massage was maybe a 1/10 or worse, if that's possible. It was terrible and almost nonexistent. Lasted for maybe 5-10 minutes before the flip. She asked what I wanted and she said $. 6 for everything. I countered with $. 3 and we moved forward. The rest was OK, but not great. Partly because I just wasn't really attracted to her.
I may try again with a different girl, but not her.

She uses elbows and forearms, and really works you over; and always goes the full hour. If she would be a little less mechanical with the ending, I would probably never go anywhere else. It is a very high traffic area though, with lots of publicity and noise. Earlier this week I had tried Asian Health on 29 in East Spartanburg, but couldn't get in. There is a fairly attractive younger lady there that does good work. The problem there is trying to get a walk-in appointment; she is always busy. It seems that all of these Spartanburg locations have gone to just one therapist. Short staffed just like everything else I guess. I've only seen one at Oriental (now Southern I think) Spa. She is a crazy little gal, but she does pretty good work too.

Adding Joy to the mix of options is nice. It is about 10 to 15 minutes west of Spartanburg on I85. I went about a month ago at 9 am for opening and enjoyed FS at. 8 for house and $. 6 for FS. Good table shower and nice start to massage, but then I went right into FS. Provider may have been Mommasan since she opened the door and then changed to do me up. Fiftyish, not thin, not heavy. That's my old stomping ground and there was never anything like that over there when I lived there. Just had my first visit to Joy Spa. Thought I'd try it out after the good reviews. My experience was not great. The mamasan collected $80 (I thought it would be $60) asked if I wanted a shower. I thought there might be some fun teasing there, so I said yes. But it was just the mamasan scrubbing me down.
Went to the room for the massage and Angie walked in in a sexy dress. I'm guessing she was around 40 and fairly attractive. The massage was below average. Half heartedly massaged the back of my legs with no teasing for about 20 minutes and barely got to any other area. On to the flip. She asked what I wanted and I said BJ. She wouldn't do it for less than $. 2. I said yes. I had to ask her to take down her top and she wouldn't allow any roaming. Said that was extra.
