I spent way too much time down there yesterday in the rain. One of my regulars told me that they have been using it alot in N orth Camden as they can survey a large area. She also told me that there has been more police activity along Broadway.

The is made by FLIR Systems which specialized in IR cameras. It only elevates to 40 feet whereas the RAID towers go to 150 feet and are not manned. They can potentially see you in the dark via your heat signature. Supposedly, they can be fitted with different video and long range observation optics. It possible that from the Rand, if the street is clear, they could watch you at the triangle.
