MONROE Two New York City women were arrested and video and business records seized in a raid on a massage parlor that police say was a front for prostitution.

Monroe police assisted by the Statewide Organized Crime Investigative Task Force raided Healthy Massage at 838 Main Street on Wednesday, after a yearlong investigation into reported illegal activities inside the massage parlor.

The investigation began after numerous web postings described illegal sexual activities occurring in the business, on busy Route 25, Capt. Michael Flick said.

"This investigation included surveillance and undercover operations with individuals posing as customers," Flick said. [B]"Police continue their investigation, which will include viewing of the parlor's internal video recordings and business records for possible identification of both prostitutes and patrons. "[/B].

An Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent also participated in the search and seizure warrant and raid. Police seized the business records, equipment, all recorded video from the parlor's video recording systems and $1,100 in cash, Flick said.

(three word name redacted), 36, and (two word name redacted), 50, both of Flushing, and. Why. , were charged with practicing massage therapy without a license, and Song was also charged with prostitution.

Both women were released after posting a $500 bond, and will be arraigned on Thursday at Superior Court in Bridgeport.

I have however, been to the place down the road. I will never go back for reasons other than what happened at Healthy, but this only reinforces my desire to never hobby in Monroe. Stay safe guys.

I stopped at the spa north of Waterbury this evening and was very disappointed. The place was quiet and the doors to the treatment rooms were all ajar. After a few minutes a short 30 something who I think may have been mamasan appeared from a room looked around and told me I had to wait. But, I decided to leave and try another time. Has anyone else had a similar experience there?

Stay away from this place and I would also stay away from the other place up the road, Red Wine Spa. Uncle LEO has his sensors on full scan.

That site is way to explicit and doing more harm than good. I am surprised that the Feds have not gone after them since they charge and gain profit from prostitution.

These were both rub and tug places so either the Monroe police have nothing better to do with their time or a bunch of yenta's are pissed off that their husbands go get some relief because they don't get it at home.

I'm an are&T guy. This was the only place I've seen in CT that advertised a body slide, which I like as part of the are&T experience. I just got back from the new Spa in Bristol behind the CVS called Empire. Walked in and was greeted by a cute, tall young woman with glasses. She showed me to the room. I asked her if they had a table shower and she said maybe next week. So I undressed and laid on the table. The room was very clean. It looked like a former dentist office or something. It had a sink in it. My masseuse came in and I wasn't sure but I thought she might be a different woman than the one that initially brought me in. I was face down with my head in that hole. Turns out she was a different woman. Turns out this one was quiet and I found out later that was because she didn't speak great English. The massage was medium when I asked for hard. It was ok with some use of hot rocks. However there were no extras. The lady was very nice and quiet and with the lack of conversation skills I didn't even try to negotiate anything. Just took my medicine and got dressed and left.

It was a decent massage but lacked anything special. I probably won't be back. Rather go up the street.

A couple nights ago, I pulled off Route 8 and after a short drive, arrived at a local AMP. After ringing the door buzzer, I was greeted by a petite eager hostess. The place seemed empty.

And she was very friendly, cajoling me inside and asking if I wanted a mass-ah-gi. Since this was my first visit, I wasn't sure what kind of service I would receive, so I decided.

Was perky and knew just what it took to get rid of my kinks. Despite her limited English we bantered so much about the weather and how she wanted to learn English that we didn't.

Discuss the tip, but she seemed satisfied with the little something I left. I was also satisfied, not only did I leave happy, my shoulder no longer creaked like an old hinge.

Next time, I stop by, I'll show my appreciation before the session.

The only thing happy about Sunrise Spa (682 W Main St. New Britain) is that McDonalds is next door and your can get a happy meal afterwards.

I was in town and had some time to kill before seeing a customer. Park across the street. Spa is in older home. Use side door. No pretty women. No table shower. No hot stone. No happy ending Stand up solo shower alone. Very little to no english skills from my hostess. Massage was just ok with nothing sensual at all. Surprisingly the place was very busy. Doorbell rang several times during my hour session. Another hobbiest was waiting in the kitchen area on my way out.

$60 plus $10 tip.

Tried to go to the Spa on RT 66 in Middletown three times, each time very busy. Does anyone know if they do extras, PM please to keep it quiet, thanks.

Stopped by the place just north of Litchfield. Standard house fee of $60 with $40 tip. The massage was quite good. After a good long deep massage the tease started and she oiled up my boys and paid extra attention to them on the flip she only allowed over the top roaming. The warm oil was nice and I left happy on this weird New England day.

There's always the possibility that a place could get raided and everyone (employees and customers) get busted and their names put in the papers (once a place in Milford got busted and TV cameras showed the ladies being escorted out the front door). While any charges are usually dropped quickly, the damage is done to the guy's reputation, job and family life.

If I ever got busted in an AMP raid and my name was published in the paper (and on the Internet), I'd be fired from my job instantly, and I'm sure that that's true for many of the mongers who post here.

Has anyone been to any of tbe AMP's in Middletown? Are they worth going to? I haven't found anything in here about them. Maybe I will TOFTT.

Tiger.[/QUOTE]I will second that, I've gotten lucky once, but that was a rare exception and wasn't anything to write home about. You're better off in EH for are&T or New haven / danbury for FS.

I've been a regular customer at Star Spa in Bristol but rarely post about it here, since every post would read the same: a 40-ish Korean masseuse who speaks little to no English, a fun table shower, a serious massage and I leave happy, for $70 house fee plus tip (usually $40). I've never had a bad visit here, but it's worth noting that the masseuse always remains fully clothed, no real roaming is allowed and definitely no oral or FS is provided or even discussed.

I decided to post about my latest visit (earlier this week) because it was a visit-in-reverse: after a thorough, playful table shower, we went back to the room, had the ending at the beginning, then I got a tremendous leg massage while lying on my back, then flipped over onto my stomach and the visit finished with a very strong back and shoulder massage. The masseuse was new (to me) and was definitely not a clock watcher; once I got outside, I realized that the visit had lasted 1 hour 10 minutes. Note I stopped around 9:30 pm or so, appeared to be the only customer there, and was most likely their last customer of the night (my car was the only car in the parking lot).

Only regret is that I forgot to ask the masseuse her name, but she was clearly the youngest lady there, short and slender, small-breasted, reasonably cute, very, very weak English. I will definitely be back here soon.

Went to the rainbow in EG recently, excellent table shower and good massage. I have seen Hana several times and she is consistently good and enthusiastic at what she does. Typical. 6 and. 6. Have repeated and will do so again.

Went to the newer spa in town near heading toward New Hartford, clean place, pleasant masseuse 40 ish. Nice massage, not great but plenty of teasing along the way. On the flip allowed roaming north and south of the border so I figured maybe a fuller menu. No such luck the face she made when I asked for BJ was proceless, definitrly not on the menu but I got a lot more playtime than in most places. Will repeat when I don't want the FS experience.

Massage begins with immediate (and I mean immediate like it was the first thing she touched) contact to my under carriage. The majority of the message was there, on my legs and on my butt. I don't think she touched my back once.

On the flip, told me 60 would get me hands while $1 would get me mouth.

Bargained for BBBJ CIH for $80.

Would repeat to see if there's more.

Took a shot at the Newington place near the college. Easy enough parking and entering as its the right on the corner / last store in a strip.

Open the front door and I'm literally standing in a phone booth size waiting room with a locked door. I was half expecting Willy Wonka to open the door, but an average Asian women, early to mid 30's greeted me at the door with a smile.

Asked for HH and paid $50 which was a bit much. Started to get undressed with her right there and I asked for a table shower. She gave me a towel to wear and walked me down the hallway.

Decent table shower, not a lot of action while on my stomach, but did wash junior pretty thoroughly while on my back. It didn't deme sexual, but she had soap and in hand and cleaned the area by stroking a few times, if that makes sense.

Dried off and she could see I was standing at attention and ready go.

Massage was very similar to the new Britain place if anyone else has been there (I've seen a few people post reviews including myself). What I mean is, there was almost no massage, she spent about 5-8 minutes caressing lightly in the areas we all hope for. She didn't ask for a tip first, no negotiation at all. She cleaned me up, got dressed and on my way out paid the house fee and gave her the standard tip. I probably won't repeat there are better options available.

I've been seeing ads on BP and CL for Lotus Spa. Ads look promising. Has anyone tried them out yet?
