Visiting from out of town and wanted to see the local goods. Tried Tarboro, Garner and New Bern with no luck and then finally ran across one lonely WSW on Hoke in a black / white dress. Was just driving down Capital on my typical Friday routine. Two girls ACTIVELY working the parking lot. Approaching everyone in sight for money. One flagged me down and nearly jumped in front of the car. I had see the other and knew she was cuter, so I told her no thanks and drove to the other side of the parking lot.
