Same old story that has been lived millions upon millions of times. Knew Blanca from Armitage about 10 years ago. She was hotttt. 10y younger than me, awesome ass, sweet tits and the face of a model. I thought I would take a quick stroll the other day(Thursday night). Started from North and Clark straight west to Cicero, north to Armitage, south to Pulaski back to North and headed east there after. Nothing. Are you talking about the big box cameras pointed at the intersection? Look at almost every busy intersection in Chicago espcially down Western or Cicero or Austin. They are red light cameras. They take your picture as you go thru the red light, and then mail you the photo. They Are HUGE moneymakers. The city put them in as an experiment at a dozen intersections a couple of years ago and they made so much money that they are going in everywhere. U cant beat the ticket. Your license and car is right there.

It's pretty conclusive and legal. A friend of mine got caught and tried to argue that he was already in the intersection when the light turned, but had to pay the ticket anyway.
