Here are some new locations, Hamilton on east ave by the jail, I know but I have personally counted 12 in one night, normally after 11 pm, upper price hill has been scarce lately, lower price hill is hit or miss anymore, have seen a few on harrison ave heading down to queen city that past few nights, otr by marshall there is normally 1 or 2 in that area. I have to agree with "WORD", above the unattractive women. There are far most unattractive women especially SW's than attractive ones in this area. We don't have a concentration of potential SW's that are in this area, from other cities like LA, NYC, VEGAS, MIAMI, and all the rest. This is Cincy, where just a decent looking woman/SW's can become a potential Street Queen.
Now take a good looking attractive SW, and she can become a Mega Queen. I mean to the point where men start making you-Turns in the middle of high traffic over them, and taking wild chances to pick them up. I have seen it happen with Martha, Kiwi, Cassie, Connie, and many more. Hell, I have seen it happen for women/SW's that are far less decent. In this city above average is average or below average everywhere else.
Our streets are loaded with grade "D-C" level SW's. Anything in the "B" level is not a regular on the streets, and any "A" level is just a fluke at best, just passing through. Even the girls in the strip clubs, are average at best.
I have found a few older SW's that are in their 40's that don't walk the streets like regular SW's, and they have about average and a decent body for 3-4 kids, and at the age they are. As I read those 13 rules, I saw that a big mistake was giving the whole amount up front to a SW I didn't know and had no reason to trust at all. As you say, once she has the $, she is in control of the situation. Another rule I broke was to get into a rather angry confrontation when she was grabbing the money out of my shirt pocket. Heck, I'm an old guy who shouldn't be involved in an angry confrontation with anyone and certainly not with a young and possibly dangerous BSW.

Then simply say that you were taking Mary Smith, or whatever her name is, to get something to eat. Nothing illegal there as far as I know. Now be prepared to be hassled by the cop who may ask you to open your trunk, etc. Just be sure there is nothing illegal in your car when you are on the hunt. One problem is that the SW may be carrying illegal drugs and I am not sure what happens in that case.

This was probably the same girl. I recently also saw her and she is looking a little rough. As to the set-up, you never know however I do tend to trust the girls when they say a spot is no longer safe. As to the new spot, who knows. 1) Yes, there can be providers in small towns, but very rarely since most folks in small towns know who the provider is, and once branded as a provider, she is the town leper. Until you get to Portsmouth, a fairly large town, all villages you pass thru fit this scenario.
2) Small town young girls love to titillate, and imagine that they could string along some dumb ass from the big city. Sometimes they can. But the moment of truth is usually that they won't show, or worse, bring along their red-neck boyfriends who will charge you big time for the lesson they teach.
3) In ALL cases, small or big towns, never do a multiple date until you have dated at least one of the providers, and are convinced that she is not a rip-off artist. For a trio to offer a 'party' with them all (for only $.5!!!) as the first encounter does not pass the smell test, and has a VERY high risk of being some type of scam.

These girls aren't actually "providers". They aren't SW by an means. I have gotten to know them, met them all and they just want a hookup. To me they are pretty open. My instincts tell me this is all good. I know the rules, from front to back, but I also know how to trust my instincts. I evaluate every situation, I read people with every move they make or sentence. I do not believe in any way these girls are that way. I am goin to try to get with them tonight, and I will post tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

And for the record I appreciate the kind words, and great advice. It will be taken with a rather large glass of water! No boyfriends, or scams that I see. Been to thier house, for a short time mind you, but I would have seen something belonging to a man there. It's actually 4 girls sharing a house, they all work, they just like to party without hangups. I didn't mention the 4th girl is an 18 yo. She is game to but 4 would be a stretch for me. If you have read my reports over the past few weeks, you know that I have barely avoided a sting operation at Elm & Henry, picked up a tranny by mistake (wait, maybe I didn't mention that one), and was the victim of a "cash and dash" and a robbery (both by the same girl !). Only two successes, one a girl named Toya who I picked up on McMicken and who was at least a 7 on looks and a 7 or 8 on skills, and the second, relatively minor success was Renee who I picked up on Madison in Covington and who weighed more than I do but was pleasant and had decent skills.
So today I planned ahead and got a cheap room on Central Parkway before cruising the streets. In reading this forum I have come across the need for patience several times and that was surely true today. Checked into the room and made a run or two, then back to the room to rest my bad hip. Then out, then back. One thing I have learned well is that if you see a girl you want to pick up and take a long route to circle around to get her, she is often GONE. After about two hours, I ran across this very small BSW on Lynn near Dayton (about where I picked up Denise a few days back, only to get robbed). This BSW probably weighs less than 100 pounds and judging from her appearance and behavior she is probably acquainted with the pleasures of crack.
She said her name was Shay and a while later, when I asked her for her real name, she said, Shay, so her name may be Shay. Or it may not be Shay. Right after I picked her up she said we had to stop for her friend, a rather large black male who was lumbering down the street nearby. Now I am an admitted newbie with this stuff, but even I am not that dumb. I told her absolutely NO to picking up her friend or anyone else. She said the guy was mildly retarded and had paid her $5 just to walk with him up and down the street for a while. I suggested that he would still be there in 30 minutes when I brought her back. Paid her $10 up front with the rest to be paid in the room.
Got to the room, gave her the rest of what we negotiated, and did what I had asked her to do. All-in-all, I was satisfied with what I got for the cash. And I was satisfied in spite of the fact that I would rate her skills as relatively poor and her attitude as barely acceptable. But I liked how she tried to learn to do what I wanted her to do and the fact that immediately after finishing she rushed into the bathroom to wash up. I think her attitude would improve if she didn't have a toothache (she showed me her mouth as proof) and if she knew me a bit and felt safe and comfortable around me.
I took her back to her spot on Lynn and she immediately started yelling at another girl to see if she knew where the "mildly retarded" guy was. She seemed genuinely concerned that she find him, and I liked it that she showed a little responsibility in that matter. Oh, another thing I liked about her was that she didn't rob me! So I would probably pick her up again. :>)
Good job on not picking up the friend, not so smart giving her any money until after the fact. She could have easily bolted with your .10 or done a really rushed bad job after she had the full payment in the room. Or if she was really bold and fast, she could have taken full payment while your pants were down around your ankles. But you're learning and that is good!
