Went for the first time down route one. Saw nothing. This was around 9:30-10: 30, so I can only guess that it is too early or too cold. Also went through backlick road. Nothing there. Perhaps Friday.

Your first post, above, provides little info of use to a monger, other than possibly knowing when [b]not[/b] to cruise on any given day or night. If you keep posting the kind of report you gave here or, worse, asking for information (via PM) when you have NO posting history, members of this forum will quickly conclude that you're probably a LEO. Whether true or not, it's what they'll conclude.

Well I think I went by the 7-11 at fairhaven, the mcdonalds and chuck e cheese. Went down pretty far to this italian restaurant, but the only ones that were out were guys. However. There were two girls at a bus stop. But they looked to be waiting for the bus. Not walking. Do they do that?

For future reports, try treating them as recon missions, and try to imagine the sort of info the folks who sent you on that mission would want when you returned. Of course, use discretion if you actually make contact.

Our favorite 7-11 on Fairhaven Lane was featured on channel 4 news last night. They were doing a report on 7-11 selling off all of their corporate owned stores to franchisees. The Fairhaven establishment was sold six months ago, the new owners claiming to have increased business by 20% since taking over. I rarely see SWs hanging out in front anymore - maybe the new guys are more diligent in chasing them off than the previous proprietors. Too bad.

My regular girl (see post in escort section) says that they usually come out around 2 am. She then warned me that that part of Route 1 was a major hot spot and I should watch myself. Most likely she just wants me to spend my money on her, but just in case, I am posting it here.

Been to pickett section in fairfax quite a bit, but haven't seen anything. So not sure if there is still activity in that area.

With it being so cold now. The pickings must be pretty slim.

I just took a quick trip around the loop, went around twice and nothing.

No LEOs and no girls.

Swung through again just a little while ago. Lots and lots of officers, there was something that happend at fast eddies which the fuzz was leaving as I got there (0135 ish).

Fairhaven 7-11 was deserted, but the parking lot of the motel on the other side of fairhaven had bright flashing lights right in front of the road. Someone in an older white lincoln towncar got more attention than he wanted.

On the bright side, I saw 2 WSW hanging around a certain motel sign on my route back home. Wasn't able to discreetly pull over so I had to turn around in old town. By the time I got back only 1 was there (larger than I like) and the one I was hoping to snag was gone.

K guys, heading to culpeper this weekend, will be going through winchester/front royal. May go to Fredricksburg, is there anything I can keep an eye out for in these areas? Coming down from pa on the 81 then 66 rte. So if you know the area and can give me a heads up.

Went up and down rt 1 around 3:30 this afternoon on Sunday as the weather had unexpectedly warmed up. I was surprised to see so much traffic and lots and lots of shoppers and other assorted people walking near highway. Drove about 5 miles south and did u-turn and went back up to old town. I saw two BSW in two separate places (all kind of bundled up with sweathshirts and one even had hood on.- even though it was about 63 degrees). One was heavy and the other one about right. The one who was about right I decided to pull into the Chuck E Cheese parking lot and attempt contact. Unfortunately before I put blinker on, I just happened to notice a black Ford Crown Victoria with one of those high power lamps sticking out near side view mirror on drivers side directly behind me (there was a lot of traffic which was moving slow so I had plenty of time to notice all of this). Driving was a black male who was talking on cell phone. I doubt he was focusing on me in particular but it was weird that one minute he was not there and the next he was right behind me.

Two other times last September (this is my first post and I moved here in September) I noticed two WSWs around 3 am.- one heavy but from a distance cute looking heading for the McDonalds, and one petite. Both times around Chuck Cheese, both times I attempted to cross highway and get into parking lot, but both times lost them (gone before I knew it). The petite one was talking on a cell phone, but not carrying any handbags. It is surprising how much traffic it seems there is on Rt 1 at all hours of day and night.

It helps to have an apartment shopper's guide or a street map in hand. Have them meet you at another, pre-determined location nearby (the Las Vegas Club, across Rt. 1 near the ABC store or the Krispy Kreme, at the 7-Eleven behind the Krispy Kreme, etc.) about 5 or 10 minutes later after you depart. If the suspected LEO vehicle follows them as the SW leaves the Chuckee Cheese lot, you'll be able to see LEO making his move and adjust your plans. You can even tell her to meet you inside the McD's, the KK, or the 7-E for follow-up planning. It's tough for LEO to hoof it inside those places from his car without being conspicuous. While inside, you can have her join you when you leave the store and both get into your car. If need be, wait a bit in the car before pulling away. Drive down Rt. 1, take a side street, and circle back, if necessary. Eventually, LEO will move on to other "threats, " figuring that you're just one of the SW's low-rent friends.

Thanks for the advice Roamin.- I like that idea. In the past in a different city, when the opportunity presented itself, I did park my car, got out and approached on foot. Each time I was successful (again the situation had to be right). I don't recall why I did this, just got an idea in my head and it worked. Only did this a few times. For some reason they seemed to like that I did this.

I went out again tonight around 6:30 pm (believe it or not I actually did some grocery shopping). Went a little past the Wal Mart then headed back to I-495. I only saw one SW and she was wearing light blue pants and a dark sweater/jacket with a hood. This was in front of Days Inn. I didn't see her until I was just 25 feet away, traffic was heavy and I couldn't turn around. Will try again later. I didn't see her face, she was looking down at the ground. She was not carying any hand bag or shopping bags.

Nova Man Two, I've only been down route 1 a few times the last several weeks and haven't seen anything. I cruised around twice last week, once in the afternoon and once in the evening, without any luck. Normally things dry up during the winter, but I figured with the economic downturn there would be more girls out. Apparently not. Either this area is recession proof, or LEO has really clamped down. Even homeless Judie has disappeared, but she probably migrated south when the cold hit. Hopefully things will pick up soon, or maybe the SWs are hanging out in new locations that I have yet to find.

I haven't talked with her in a while, so I may try her cell and see if she's still available and up for a get-together. If I'm successful, I'll let you all know. My info is probably a little old so normally I wouldn't post it. However, if they seem to be drying up I figured it wouldn't hurt. When I lived near there, they would migrate up and down 1 as well as hang by the 7-11 on Fairhaven. Sometimes they'd be up that road a bit. Several times I also spotted a couple ladies who seemed to be working on North Kings Highway between Fairhaven Avenue and whatever street that is that comes out behind that restaurant/bar. It was almost as though they had a mini loop right there. Another place was the little strip mall on N. Kings across from the metro.

I'll be damn. I was in Woodbridge this week and saw some nice looking LSW that looked like they needed rides, Well the first time I turn and slowed down and was about to ask. I notice in my mirror my stupid nosey uncle leo behind me driving,, Ugh this guy needs a life. Well I waited a few hours came back out and was looking again for LSW who needed a ride. Homeless Judy has come out of hibernation and was milling around Fairhaven. Down by Walmart, I was waiting at the light and saw a hot Asian gal get off the Metrobus. She sauntered down the access road in front of Popeyes. Something about her perked up my SW radar, so I did a u-turn at Walmart. Sure enough, a monger had pulled up next to her to give her a ride. I cruised around a bit to see if she would reappear, but no such luck. Every now and then I've seen the occassional lone Asian female in the route 1 area, but I've never picked up SW vibes until now. Hopefully it's not a one time thing.

O.K. This was a new one for me. I was getting $ for a visit to my ATF AMP, when a WSW walked up to me at the ATM. (Got nervous!) Anyway, asked me for a light, I gave her one and then she asked if she could get a ride. I told her I was heading home, and she said that works.

So gave her a ride, and she chatted my ear off. She is homeless, cancer survivor (proved by her only having one breast!) and needed some money. I offered to let her take a bath, which she did. She is older, probably 50ish and slightly heavy. Nice single 38D (sorry! don't know how else to say it) and other than the constant chatter, was nice enough to be around. I gave her .2 and got BBBJ to completion and then a really nice foot message. Gave her a Diet Dr. Pepper and she left and that was that.

Repeat, no! Just a spur of the moment thing that saved me a little $ for the night. I would not recommend, but in a pinch, it might work for some of you.

Like I said, this was a first for me and was quite nervous. Lucky for me nothing extroidinary happened, other than the single boob thing!.

Saw a couple people walking along the road, but nothing that would give the vibe. Wasn't even sure I was in the right area because he said it was NEAR 395 on seminary road. Not sure how NEAR he meant. Anyway, there is a magruder's near seminary road with a SunT bank. Best location best on stay sober's description he gave. Anyway, I struck out, again. Oh well.

I know that a girl name Amy that I use to date on Route 1 that was very cool and clean. She was from florida and had a room at one time but when her boyfriend left her in the area, she was living under the bridge. Saw her come from under the bridge from the Dodge Dealership across the street from where she was coming from. There is a Ford Dealership that is there next to the bridge and they hang out there sometimes.

Now this was awhile ago and I have not see her in months. The last time I saw her she was good to me as usual but was living with a new guy that was in a trailer park further down route 1.

So he might be telling you the truth but just got the bridge messed up. It could have been 95 WW Bridge that he was refering.

If this is the Amy who had a certain nickname (you'll have to PM me and tell [u]me[/u] what it is), then she was still around as of November '08. She gave a very nice BBBJ. However, I have not seen her since.

I have thought something might be found in Manassas. Especially since there is action to be found in Woodbridge. I have not seen anything though.

Grabbed some dinner at Five Guys and sat for awhile to check things out. Between rain showers and Leo I spotted a pair of SW's, one W, one B...Both very chunky. I pulled over to the 7-11 to grab a drink and the WSW came up to me in the store and asked for a ride. I told her sure and off we headed out. She said her and her friend would both do me for .40 each. I told her I really only needed a BBBJCIMWS.

Were they walking uphill from the direction of the Beltway, or was it downhill from the direction of the Chuckee Cheez? If it was the former, chances are they are in this area short-term. A fair number of SWs (aside from the usual SW denizens of that area) use a couple of the motels closer to I-495 (I. E. , the Red Roof Inn, etc.) as a base. They'll stay around for a week or two, strolling Rt. 1 in the evening and then going downtown to DC later on. They'll usually share a room or get adjoining rooms.

Otherwise, the SW scene has been almost non-existent along that route for some time. But, it's nice to know that there's some activity there still.

One day last fall the deaf blonde was strolling with a chunky BSW in the same area. It was the only time I have seen her with a working companion. They had a male "friend" sitting in a car in the Days Inn parking lot. Neither of them looked appetizing so I passed. Maybe this tag team is back in action. I haven't seen the deaf gal since I picked her up a few weeks back. In fact, I haven't anything resembling a SW on route 1 for a while now.

From the beltway to a 7/11 south of Hollywood Vines. I didn't see any SW out and about. Must have been the weather. Tho I didn't think it was that bad.

Visitor in town for a few days; could anyone shoot me links to a google map or mapquest with some good SW trolling areas.

Maybe things will change as the weather gets warmer, and the crack downs happening in DC.

Then again, LEO has been patroling pretty hard here too.
