Things are picking up... if you're careful. LE is out in heavy force, and I see mongers losing their cars nightly, yet there is still an amazing amount of action. Last Thursday there were even 2 hot WSW's around Sherman way. I just couldn't get to be in the right spot at the right time to get them :-( Closest I came was 20ft before some random lucky bastard managed to pull up a second before. Dang. I hadn't hit the streets in a LONG time. Been mostly seeing cl/tsz girls for a while now. But no poker in almost two months means that I can no longer drop $300-500 a weekend on pricier girls. So based on the previous report, I decided to check out SB. I had to hit the grocery store anyway so a quick trip up SB was in order. I headed out about 9:30 last night. I tried to get her attention, but she seemed kinda nutty and had her head burried in her bags. Headed back to Sherman Way area again. Saw another cute, thin bsw on the street just south of Valerio, by the liquor store. Another car beat me there. Just past Valerio, I saw a cute, young, but chubby wsw. She was moving pretty fast and it looked like she was trying to get away from someone. She ran across Sepulveda. I circled the block and pulled up next to her. She jumped in quick and told me to leave. Apparently a group of wannabe pimps had been harassing her. Cute, nice rack, but on the heavy side. I don't remember her name. After the cop check, she asked what I wanted. $50 CBJ. After finding a safe place to park, she took off her top. I sucked on her titties and then she went to work. She kept at it for a long time. WTF? The cop does NOTHING to stop the pimp. I pull away and then come back a few minutes later. I pick up the friend and take them back to their car. The friend is going bonkers and really upset. They both say they are never working SB again.

I saw one other bsw on my way back.

Hit SB again tonight ~2:30am. 1bsw between the 101 and Magnolia. Standing alone in one place. Not that hot. I passed. Rolled up to past Vanowen. There was a group of bsw in front of the motel on Vose. Some attractive ones. Also saw a cute blonde whose post on cl is here:

Nah, she wasn't LE. But I don't ever talk business until the girls in the car. It's bad policy and I figure it will just get me in trouble eventually. Entirely possible that they had someone checking out cars cruising up and down the strip.

Down south of Victory, in the parking lot of the used car lot, was a large unmarked van sitting facing out into the street. Every time I drove by that car lot I saw a flash go off, and I noticed it went off on cars that had been mongering as well. I didn't stick around much after that since it was time to get going, but I had half a mind to go looking for the police cruisers undoubtedly in waiting.

I was wondering why that flash keeps going off at that point on SB near Victory. I thought it was related to the cameras that they use for the redlight enforcement, maybe its an attempt at red-light enforcement of another variety?

What good would photos of cars driving down a public thoroughfare, regardless of time of day or night be in a court of law?

Is that even legal? I'm sure the cameras are there for traffic enforcement of the red light intersection. Would that be Constitutional to use it for law enforcment?

Decided to try cruising SB for the first time. I did my recon at 500am friday morning fromthe 118 to Roscoe. I can see how it would be an ideal place with all the motels in the area. It was a ghost town. I saw one black dude talking to a white girl, and that combination at that time of day and location usually screams pimp and ho, but the chick wasn't even worth a second look. I hit the freeway and tried western from santa monica down which is hit or miss, this day it was a miss as well. Every now and then i'll be brave and waste some gas and cruise sunset. So I went down sunset and I could see the empty sidewalks as far as the eye can see. No time to hit fig, so i decided to be a good employee and go to work on time. If you like the shemales, there was a lot of activity at the usual locations. Times have changed...so sad.

While there can be activity ANYWHERE along SB, lately the activity is really concentrated in the area beween Vanowen and Saticoy, and then to a lesser extent from Burbank to the 101. Also, action even in the heavy areas tends to dry up by 5 or so. If you want to try again, take a nap Friday night when you get home from work from like 8-midnight and try hitting SB at 1am or so.

Doubtful. It was literally smack dab in the middle of the block, way the hell away from any traffic lights, and it was pointing into the street. It didn't go off for all the cars, or even at routine periods. It only went off when people were exhibiting monger-like activities.

I doubt they use it to actually nail you, but looking to see if someone's face (or license plate) shows up half a dozen times over the course of a half hour would give the UC boys a great place to start watching.

As I said, I have no proof, but my paranoia makes perfect sense.

Well now that's the thing... I have no proof that it's anything nefarious. It *could* be that they were taking a sampling of late-night traffic to re-time the lights on SB. It *could* be any number of different things. I just happened to notice that *every* time I went by there after the first, I'd see a flash, and I'd occasionally see other single men doing the SB crawl get flashed as well. That it's just south of Victory is telling for me as well.

The vapor of nuance suggests that it is touched by LE. I think there's a large amount of idiot mongers on SB at any given time. I've seen cars come to a dead stop in the middle of the street, then *back up* to go talk to some ho. I've seen one guy actually flip a U to go pick up a working girl, and there was a B&W less than half a block away, plain as day. So many of these guys think with their pricks that something as simple as looking to see if a car passes by a point seven or eight times, while not illegal, is suspicious at 3am.

Just tinge everything you do with a little paranoia. It's better to loose out on some tail than to get busted. No piece of ass is worth jail time.

It especially bothers me when they want to park so close to SB because of the clandestine cameras that LE has all over the corridor from Victory to Sherman Way. I won't date in this area, unless we are getting a room (costly but getting busted is more costly) or going up SB past Plummer or past the 101 in the other direction. I don't get as much opportunity as I used to but better safe then busted.

It really pisses me off because I live on a quiet secluded street about three miles from SB. There is a significant area of the street that is not in front of any homes or anything. But the sw will never go there. On Western in K-town, the girls were always willing to take a few minute drive to a motel. But not on SB. Their pimps are effin dumb. Thursday afternoon I trolled SB mid day from north to south. Between Vose & Sherman Way I found 3 bsw's. Yeah, kinda random on a vice day but I was doing missions in the area.

It was unreal. I ate a late lunch at the Bearpit around 6pm. Atleast, 9 officers inside. Gang/Probation unit & Vice cops. Hey, not an easy job keeping watch over our city's worst felony gang members...

Anyways, I saw the black & whites everywhere... Till I did my last run north to the 118.

Lucky for me I had busted a huge load at my favorite west valley Kgirl incall during the early afternoon hours!!!

Part two to my post in LA. Hit Sepulveda around 2:00 am Fiday morning. Saw at least 7 SW on the streets above Sherman Way. Took a ride with a WSW named Lisa. No rush, decent looks and wet. Enjoyed it myself.
