Going to a SC should never be your primary means of trying to get some action. It should be taken for what it is. Just fun where you "mostly" get to look, but not touch. If you build up a repertoire with some girls and do VIP they will mostly let you touch them. However, that is not always a given and perhaps it's just happened with me in and out of the VIP in the past becayse I was a club frequenter. The best thing about a SC is getting takeout or befriending a dancer(s) and getting it for free. SC beat CL, SW, and unknown providers because you get to really check out their body and attitude before you ditch out a chunk of cash.

IMHO, Strip clubs are a big ripoff and a complete waste of $$$$. FYI, Strippers turned Escorts generally don't make good providers.

I have to say, the older I've gotten, I have lost interest in strip clubs -- or put it this way, in trying to get "extras." You can drop $50 to $100 on lap dances, $100 to $200 on VIP rooms for...what? A grind, a brief feel and an admonishment that "we can't do that"?

Go to a strip club, pay the $10 admission, buy a few$5 beers, give the strippers a few singles...and then go across the street to the AMP and have some real fun for the money you've saved...

I agree with this completely. And I don't mean to rain on anyone's parade, but just suggest that you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere.

I think most strip club patrons (and forum readers) probably realize this, but it doesn't hurt to point it out occasionally for the newbies.

I agree with you that you more than likely will get a better bang for the buck some where else...however I like Strip clubs and I'm good at reading people and fast to find out if extras will be available and specially for take out...and in that way I form long term outside relationship with girls I met at a club and I decided to pick after I saw them dance and perform....

While I agree with you in principle, that SCs are often "worse" than any other way of mongering, it's pretty well known that you can get certain scores at some clubs for reasonable prices. It's like anything else, you have to be able to separate the wheat from the chaff, know how to work it, where to go, make connections, etc. For example, I went to a club I'd only been to once (long ago) and in five minutes met a chick, and got a private dance that included a HJ. Now, was it a great price or my favorite or the best way of scoring? No. But it was 1.25 total, which is less than an escort or most AMP experiences and I made a connection for potential takeout. I was also in and out in 30 min.

Anyway, I get your point, but you paint a worst-case scenario and many of us have done well in the right SCs at the right time.

I've not seen either of them. However, I did try to contact Erica once to get some Russian. However, no one picked up. I think John's point is that everything carries some risk with it. And he is aware of the risks and not "naive" to them that way.

Not to state the obvoius, but knocking up a SW is not on my list of things to do. Condoms perform 2 preventative functions: disease and pregnancy.

If you're getting BBBJs, giving a little DIY, or even just mouth-to-mouth kissing, you can easily pick up something unsavory. There are cases of AIDs transmission from simple kissing, if one of the people involved has gums that bleed easily or open sores in the mouth. Hell, you can contract something without *ANY* of this, simply through the condom itself. It's not a perfect shield by any stretch of the imagination.

The fact is that the largest risk factor is simply how OFTEN you engage, and with how many providers. The condom-covered guy who mongers 5 times a week with 5 different streetwalkers is at a far higher risk than the chap who does it once a month, with the same regular provider, even if he chooses to go uncovered.

Also, whether or not you're circumcised makes a huge difference as well, especially for AIDs. The reasons aren't clear, but the resultant hardening of the glans apparently is key. If you're uncircumcised, a condom can cut your risk by over 20X. For a circumcised man, your risk is about half as high, which means the condom only reduces it by a factor of some 10X. Or a bit less, if you're engaging in uncovered oral activities in that same session.

So plan your activities accordingly. Anyone who regularly mongers uncovered with a large number of providers is nuts, plain and simple. If you're much less active, then your risk goes down as well.

I've got some mixed feelings on the bbbj thing myself. I would never go with the bbfs, but that's just me. If you feel it and you know the risks then so be it.

Really it is more of a "hazard" for the women than the men when it comes to the big H anyway, but if you don't mind running to the clinic for everything under the sun that these women could have then so be it. Do you as long as you know what you are doing.
