I just need 10 mg of V if it's not the SO but don't need any V if I take the magnesium. Lots of studies that you can read about online. I have stiff ones all night.

I woke up in the middle of the night with cold sweats and a racing heartbeat. The cost is $200 to $300 down includes the first dr visit and labs, then an average of $150 per month for two years.
I'll stick with the magnesium and 200 mcg of IGF LR3 once every week for a boost.

It won't be fast acting as V or C, but they can help in a more natural way with a proper diet and exercise plan. I tend take the L citrulline, and yohimbe twice p / day for between meals for better results, and usually two hrs. Before a AMP visit. The DIM levels out the bad estrogen, but it's effects can be grueling if taken for the first time. Like a detox state.

They check for HIV and sometimes chlamydia and the clap based on your history. They'll still ask you the sensitive questions like who was your partner, they won't turn you in but if a lot of people get it from the same place they might turn in that place to the DOH.
A good place to go if you want to get checked without seeing your main doctor so this stuff doesn't go into your main health records.
DIM would mess me up, as with any estrogen altering / regulating substance. I took T shots with anastrazole already in it and was fooked up.

Is recommended to drink plenty of water while you are at it to level the early stages faster. Your pee turns darker also, like a golden orange. Last but not least, Read somewhere that it also raises you Free T.

The times I went to Diamond Head Clinic they only tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea. They ask you questions and consider you low risk if you only have sex with women. If you want to get tested for more stuff you probably have to tell them you have sex with men or trannies or use IV drugs.
I used to go a couple times a year to diamond head clinic for G&C test then go straight to life foundation the same day for free hiv and hep c test. Both were walk in places but I think now you need appointments at both places since the pandemic. I also think life foundation changed their name.

Don't know how much mgs. You taking but if symptoms persist, lower mgs. , If you are taking 50 mgs. Cut tab in half take 25 mgs. , with an open mind, meaning just because you are cutting down the amount of mgs. , doesn't mean desired effects will diminsh, but side effect will and vice versa just because you increase the mgs. Doesn't mean you are going to get more desired effect, in many cases, only the side effects will increase. Anyway hope that helps. Can anyone recommend a place for TRT? Tbh I'm looking for someone whos willing to prescribe me 250 mg+ per week. I tried Universal Men's Clinic. The older Dr. Wouldn't prescribe me trt, but instead tried to push me Clomid.

It's taken in preworkouts because just like the other pre-workout ingredients, it's most effective to take it on an empty stomach around 30 mins - 1 hour before your "workout" time.

I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard a lot of good things from friends about Marek Health.

If you are considering this therapy, you'd be wise to see a real urologist and ask to take a PSA test first. It's a blood draw, after fasting, BTW and no big deal at all. Your doctor will then have a baseline 'before' you start on TRT regimen, that is, unless he recommends you don't. Your likelihood of getting prostrate may be indicated on how much your PSA count increases and over what amount of time. I get tested 2 X a year and numbers are in a safe range.
My brother took TRT and his PSA numbers went thru the roof! He later was diagnosed with cancer but had it removed through that new technique involving minimal surgery.
But taking a "biopsy" to ascertain how bad he was is the worst part.
From everything I've read and heard about these TRT clinics, they never seem to recommend Not getting it, yes?

First, the DRE (digital rectal examination) is lubricated, relatively quick and not significantly painful for most patients. For me, it was slightly uncomfortable but not painful at all. Second, as the American Cancer Society states, overall "DRE is less effective than the PSA blood test in finding prostate cancer, but it can sometimes find cancers in men with normal PSA levels". Aloha Brother! What really helped me was finding a really good probiotic and incorporating heavier weights in my training. I used to train with heavy weights a lot when I was younger but as I got older, I got more into cardio and lifting much lighter weights with higher reps. A physical therapist friend of mine suggested heavy weight training when I complained of "feeling old" and not having the kind of energy and libido I used to have. I did some research and found lifting heavy weights elevates levels of anabolic hormones—specifically testosterone, growth hormone and insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1)—which are used to repair muscle fibers damaged during exercise. In addition, lifting heavy weights increases production of the hormone IGF-1. This hormone is related to the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), which is a neurotransmitter responsible for stimulating the growth of new neural pathways in the brain along with enhancing communication between existing pathways. In short, lifting heavy enhances cognitive function. I certainly cannot lift the same amount of weight I used to when I was in my 20's and 30's as I am now in my 60's but ever since I started incorporating heaver weights into my training (70 to 80% of max for 6 to 8 reps on my heavy routine days), it's made a huge difference! I feel way better and my libido is great. Plus I'm looking much better as the heavier weight / low rep sessions have definitely increased muscle size.

I always do a thorough warm up, I don't lift more than I can control with strict and proper form, I also do a proper warm down, incorporate stretching into my daily routine and of course, I regularly get a good massage from legit LMTs that know what they are doing. Getting injured when you're older sucks because it takes longer to heal. So, be very careful and if in doubt, hire a good personal trainer.

Just found out about a guy who has had prostrate issues for years, he's mid 60's, has major cancer issue. He's ignored all the obvious signs. He got worse by the day. Recently he had his girlfriend take him to the ER. He couldn't take a piss.
He has cancer, big time. They're going to operate soon.
Meanwhile, he has to wear a diaper, he pisses constantly. Like a dribbling faucet.
Given my own history, he advised against it.
At least, get annual PSA tests and monitor with your doctor.
I can't imagine my friends problems everyday due to plain stupidity and ignorance. He could have avoided all his present misery if he just went to the doctor when everyone tells you to go, when you get older. Prostrate cancer is real. But it ain't bad at all if you deal with it early on.
