Someone, either a disgruntled customer or competitor at a rival spa, used my name when they wrote that review. Obviously Steven Hyde is a fictitious pseudonym and anyone could have created the Google account with that name, but I know one person that didn't and that is me. I don't know why someone did this. Maybe they think that they are somehow giving their review legitimacy by using my name. I don't know. But I would like to go on the record here to state that the Stephen Hyde from this forum did not write that Google review! I'm glad that my friend told me about this because I would have never seen it otherwise. Sometimes I write mixed reviews pointing out the good and the bad of my experiences, but I have nothing bad to say about Rose Spa and nothing bad to say about Wendy. They both get five stars in my book, and they have always treated me very well. So whoever use my name to write that fake review can get bent LOL.
