While I'm not going to delve into the politically correct position on what constitutes a "child" or how that definition has changed pursuant to government policy and procedure over the last 150 years, I do want to address the issue of these stings that we need to be concerned with.
The issue for us is the establishment of legal precedents that these stings by the pigs create. We should not support those actions no matter that the imaginary subject is underage because the precedents created by the successful prosecution of people caught up in them can then be extended to us seeking adult company. Just take the time in your own minds to extend those methods to affect us and you'll see what I mean.

But I follow all of the stings that they run on the good guys on case search and the case results show me that wrongful arrests indeed are made. Almost all of the first Akron and Liberty sting results are in. Ill use the Liberty sting as an example. Out of the guys arrested, the only guy that has not had his case resolved and that's the guy that ran from the cops. All of them got their soliciting down to a disorderly conduct, one got their case dismissed, and one of them got a civil infraction disorderly conduct and in the court notes it said "return phone and contraband, no evidence of solicitation. " Which also remember guys, don't bring anything you don't want to lose into any meeting. The pigs will seize all your money. This is also why unless I see a rock solid review, I require meeting at a bar first. If they are going to get me they will have to work hard for it, and file hours and hours of paperwork to get me for a misdemeanor that won't even hold up in court. The good news here is that at least the judge appears to have a brain and realizes that stings on guys like us are bullshit, what adults do with each other is our business. On the flip side of that though, the pigs still made the wrongful arrest based on assumption and caused that poor bastard to have his mugshot posted and half a year of going through the legal system over misdemeanors that he didn't even commit. I know many of you probably know but for all who don't know, this is all public information and you don't need any accounts to look it up, just search the offenders names on case search in the area the stings occurred. Alot can be learned by looking up case results and watching news videos on the pigs performing their operations.

I have no problem with our government protecting people under 18 from making bad choices such as smoking, drinking, getting a tattoo, or selling their own body. I also have no bone to pick with the police that enforce the laws on the books, some of which I disagree with. The guys we send to Columbus are the guys I blame.
Look at how long it took to get a Casino in Ohio. Look at how long it took to get medical Marijuana. We send them to Columbus to create, modify, or delete laws. They are responsible for offenses such as soliciting. If we want a change from the police we must get the laws changed. Change the laws and the police will be your best friends and will deter thefts and scams that happen all to frequently now. The girls would also be able to call the police if they are assaulted or scammed in some way. Think about it. The police do not make those laws.

There was no indication the subjects were under 18 until AFTER the monger reached out.

But while things are the way they are now, how about properly enforcing the laws that are on the books instead of making wrongful arrests? Look at the results of the liberty sting, I'm not obviously going to use a name, but look up those guys records and one of the guys had their charged reduced to a civil citation disorderly conduct and in the docket it says "no evidence of sexual solicitation. " so therefore that is a wrongful arrest. Same concept as if you pass a hooker walking by on the street and say hi how are you and drive off. Nothing occurred. They make some proper arrests, but also some wrongful arrests when they post their bogus ad and they think that it is implied what the decoy is offering solely because of what the ad says and what site it is on. Which is BS because those sites can be used for adult dating as well. Just because you have a woman posted, doesn't mean I'm interested in doing anything with her unless I say so does it? I could be there to take her to a bar or even see her and not be interested and leave. But the way they have their stings set up is you're basically dead meat if you answer the add and show up to their location, unless you get out of there ASAP without saying a word. Shouldn't be any of the cops business what adults do with other adults in their free time. I think there is a huge difference if a guy shows up and texts the woman and says exactly what they are going to do as opposed to a guy who says hey lets hang out and get to know each other. Otherwise, by their logic, basically could arrest every adult couple in this state because they could "imply" that when they go out to dinner and have sex afterwards that it is "implied" that it is prostitution. I support LEO, I do NOT support bad LEO such as consenting adult prostitution stings.
Ok, so someone said they support LEO. Blame the lawmakers for the problem. Well, he's right to a point, but we have to remember that the lawmakers make bad law and rely on LEO to enforce them. Many of the laws on the books infringe upon Liberty and Freedom. Someone mentioned supporting enforcing certain laws involving those under 18. Lets be clear, the 18 idea is a convenience for the society. At 18 you can do whatever regardless of your mental position. 17 and 364 days you're not "mature" enough to join the service and be trained to kill people, 1 more day and your ripe. In regard to exchanging money for sex, 24 hours means the difference between a little aggravation and perhaps spending years in a cell. There is no discussion of whether or not the individuals involved are mentally mature enough to engage in that activity. Another good example of this is in driving a vehicle. 16 and you take a test and good to go. How many times do we see people who are 30 and shouldn't be allowed to drive?? It's also a politically correct position for certain websites to take, after all, most countries take a rather hard line position on the issue, either on their own or under pressure from the United States.
As far as supporting LEO, you have to remember that, bottom line, they are government soldiers. They will do whatever they think they can get away with to maintain the government's position.
