I don't recall the escorts / regular guys being pinched, but we all know the screened clients just as vigorous collecting vital data, heck if you wanted to see April kiss, guess what? U got to give up your work info, if you want to see ILE (google it kids) they want job info. It seems that the Media is leaking it daily to keep the pot stirred, it seems that the Government has released the data and the media is enjoying picking through it and hurting the men and their families, so far they have severely damaged the reputation of two elected officials and a Dentist, all this without a minute of court time where they can put forth a defense and of course even if they were convicted it would be of a minor Misdemeanor with a penalty of paying court costs and taking a Red Cross health course and taking an aid's test at the County Health dept.
With all the Murders on the news everyday in Orange County is the Media's time well spent on minor crimes between consenting adults?
I know I'm preaching to the choir here but some of us have the capacity to help change the Government's emphasis on Misdemeanor crimes, and instead to the violent Felony crimes and perhaps allow productive citizens such as the men named above to continue a good tax paying productive life.
I'm not saying that they should not go after the target of Female exploitation, I'm saying they do not have to destroy decent mens lives with leaked information that should be proven in a courtroom and not leaked to the Media-VS
I think we just need to cool it with discussions about GFE house. The panic is exactly what LEO wants! Fact of the matter Is what's done is done. If you're high profile they will try to embarrass you, sorry. If not, don't sweat it. They got nothing on you. I think one of the reasons they went RICO on this is they can't prove individual crimes. Unless they have some magic way of painting you as part of a corrupt organization you have nothing to fear. Old rule of no body talks everybody walks still applies. Unless they have you on film giving girl money then having sex with her they got nothing. If they had that I'm surrey that all these guys who have been embarrassed would have instead been busted with as much media as possible there to witness the perp walk. It seems that they have a list of names, so what.

In addition to Florida Statutes there are county and local (city) ordinances. One woman I know was cited (not arrested) for not having an escort license and for not meeting a hotel client in a public place. All told she had a couple thousand dollars in fines to pay. AMPs can be shut down because of health violations. Unlicensed massage therapists.
In Honolulu, the police look after the girls on the street breaking them up when too many are gathered together and telling them to go home an change their clothing. They try hard not to bust them.
Know the law (s) , know your rights and protect your personal information. Today, all too often we give our personal information to people we barely know. Most of us, when asked by an escort or MT therapist what we do for a living, would be better served saying we work for a lawn maintenance company.

I must stress this again to all mongers, do not be a damn fool to give a provider your vital information for any reason. Ultimately ended with no jail time I believe, but there was much carnage along the way. Oh yes, MBI (comprised of many FL law enforcement agencies) and "Operation Flea Collar" every escort lady (myself included) Lauren of Orlando, Susan of Orlando, Sweet Kelly every escort in Orlando back then was arrested. The ladies in Orlando were basically brought down by the sworn affidavits of the gentlemen "caught" playing over in Tampa responding to the "Lia Nice" ad.
Using these sworn affidavits given by "the clients" who got caught in their own actions in Tampa and believing vice officers telling them these ladies will take whats offered them, they will not go to trial. And if they sang on us. Their charges would be dropped. I love how vice officers think most working girls are "uneducated"
June 4th. 2002. The MBI came to my home and served a warrant that was obtained based on those Tampa affidavits, I lawyered up, pled not guilty at arraignment in August 2002 and let everyone know I'd see this all the way to trial. (*I have a family member who is a criminal lawyer in PA / NJ, so luckily I knew what to do and what NOT to do)
October 15, 2002, I had a 1 hour meeting with the the and the MBI officials with my lawyer present and answered their generic & rather stupid questions. As my lawyer and I headed out of their office they said By the way, we need your PC within 24 hours for forensic analysis and we'll know if it's been "wiped"
The MBI was clearly upset with me, because they knew they had NO CASE. My lawyer and I gave them my home desktop PC that I never used for anything regarding the hobby. My hobby laptop was always secured in my car trunk when not in use. So they were played. They called my attorney 1 week later and told them she can pick up her PC, later that afternoon we picked it up and donated it to the Beta House for Teen Pregnancy on Lake Underhill in case they put any "tracking or tracing devices" on it.
December 12, 2002 Orange County, the state attorney announces in open court, charges are Nolle Prosse your honor. I gave them nothing. I was polite, cooperative but absolutely not obligated to do their job for them. They had no evidence on me, other than men who had sung on me to simply save their own butts, I suppose they were pressured pretty hard after all they were CAUGHT RED HANDED in a POLICE STING. Those gentlemen once they learned they'd be called to testify at a trial which is required, in order to "authenticate" the affidavit, they suddenly decided they didn't want to cooperate with the state, I guess they didn't want those bothersome supeonas to be served and the spouse to potentially find out what they had done. All this work done by vice squads / MBI and no jail time or penalties for many of them. If they used their resources for more important things we'd be in good shape.
