No, $1.50 includes everything. If she is friendly, I usually give her $1.60, if I don't have the exact amount.
You don't actually have to know how to read chinese to locate the amps. I believed the ad I saw in the Chinese newpaper had the word massage in it and the person that picked up the phone when I called could speak English too. Just take a trip down to the 99 ranch super market on spring mountain road and you will see lots of free chinese paper right by the entrance. Just flip through the pages and look for smaller classified ads with the word massage in it. Also, I was told you can find some of the provider in the local yellow pages too.. Good luck.. Its a election year for sure. The republicans are sweating like crazy so they are going full blown Moral patrol around the country.
One thing I noticed is no mention of this site. It seems LE is using Citylife and other local publications to find these houses.

If these and other (Antonio & Karen on Boulder) recent mug shots are any guide, Metro seems to be specializing in somehow finding a few individuals in all zip codes who look like they've spent most of their spare time sniffing glue, and a couple of convenience stores somewhere will be wondering what happened to their designated panhandler who used to live out front near the dumpster.

A lot of people with a lot of different political leanings have doubts about the priorities of these expensive operations. Personally, my pet peeve is the fact that Metro just sends out a form to fill out and mail back when a car is stolen, with no attempt to follow up, so Vegas has now become the auto theft capital of the continent. In the old west, horse thieving was a hanging offense, and if somebody takes my 200 horse carriage I don't want to hear about mailing a form, I want them hanged, disembowled, and set on fire. It might also be kind of nice if someone had time to dust off a couple of quaint old laws that say green means go, red means stop, and everybody drives on the right side of the road in one lane at a time.

I have a few friends that are/were on the job in other parts of the country and not one of them feel it to be anything more than a victimless crime. Or as one said "A stat padding waste of time". That's referring to the "upscale" stuff not the street skank criminals that leave victims behind.

I wouldn't want some of the more outrageous indiscrete stuff by some of the most antisocial clueless agressive SWs and customers happening on the doorstep of my home or place of business every day, especially when the thuggish violent coercive behaviour of some pimps and wannabes is involved. But when it is discrete enough that it takes investigative resources to find it and figure out what it is, then clearly the rationale just evaporates, and it seems time to take a step back and ask just what purpose is being served.
I am also confused by the 'thousand dollar an hour' claim for a frumpy haggard middle aged gal. I've never met any woman that could possibly do me any kind of favors in a couple of hours that would be worth more than the cost of a month in Manila or Bangkok.
