The Spa is called Sunshine Spa. I would not rush get there. Place is clean 60 minutes turned out to be 45 minutes massage was ok nothing great way to much oil. Standard finish, staff is friendly / older.
The problem is I'm use to Green Belt spas a little disappointing here, funny thing is the prices are the same.

I know the Jin pen foot massage place in Delmar had a beautiful friendly young girl "nana" a while back. I'd start my search there. Standard finish but full roaming and at least a beautiful young girl.

Saw 2 girls one slim one thicker. Chose the slimmer one coco. Good time Clean place and the menu was good in and out for 1. 6 all is well.

Be prepared for impulse upgrades! They are definitely hard to resist! Would love to hear about how the other masseuse's are.

Stopped by sunshine up in Delmar not too long ago. Place is really hit or miss but this time was great. FS is always offered but the quality can change between providers.
The most recent one I got (and I forgot her name ugh) said she was pretty new and was looking to pick up regulars. Massage was eh but the flip she offered a HJ or a BBBJ (I forgot to bring a condom with me). I was afraid of doing anything bare so she went to the kitchen and got a sheet of plastic wrap and proceeded to give me an amazing BJ with that covering while she was naked and we were in 69.
