I do not doubt your sincerity for a moment. In your mind she probably has had a "factory reset". However, if she seriously wants to repair her reputation to the rest of us that do not know her at all, you might suggest that she offer the guy his money back. She clearly did not fulfill any aspect of her transaction with the original poster. Offering the money back would demonstrate that she takes her business / reputation seriously.
