I've seen then out as early as 7 pm, in some cases. You have to remember, Mayor Mahty is from Dot, so he is making a concerted effort to clean up that area to do right by the people who put him in office. So because of that, they are putting in an extra effort to clean up the ave. That's a lot easier to do late night, because it's completely dead otherwise, now than 1/2 the bars are gone, and the two Tedeschis close early. Girl working the ave stick out like a sore thumb after 1 am. So they've all started working slightly earlier to "blend in" better with the rest of the people who are out still.
