Its hard for me to find anything in the hours I'm free. I'm usually out there around 12pm to 2pm. Yeah I know its a small ass window but thats all I got plus its extra fucking hard when all I want is one damn hsw. Anybody know of any definite places I can head to right away besides wasting time?

Had a delivery late in the morning out to U. I. C. And then had to go to those shitty little apartment buildings at the corner of Madison and Kedzie. Well I got to the apartments and realized that I had dropped the wrong material at U. I. C. And had to go back. To get to the report I traveled Madison from Racine to Kedzie 4 times without seeing anything, you usually do not see anything east of Western, but it is not uncommon to see some streetwalkers between Western and Kedzie, the liquor stone at Madison and Francisco is one place I frequently see them. So I made my delivery to the apartments and headed west on Madison, there is another dead spot once you get to that little shopping area just west of Hamlin all the way up to Kildare, did not see anything on Madison until I got to the viaduct at Madison and Kenton. There I seen a decent looking BSW with a nice ass, she was walking east on Madison, in this type of weather you rarely find them standing in one place for to long, which to me makes it a little harder to spot them. I seen another BSW in the alleyway between Adams and Monroe off of Kenton, she got picked up before I could get a good look at her. Also traveled Cicero from Madison to 115th street in Alsip, did not see anything. I don't know if it is the weather or what but the SW activity seems to be really slow, I covered alot of ground today to have only seen two SW's!

Never seen any ladies around 1st and Lake. Madison is now the main drag for s/w's. Was St.Charles Rd. years ago although you can still find one from time to time.Daytime is very hit or miss. Late night / early morning hours are much better.
Ok guys from the last report of the ebony I warned you about off pulaski, her name is cookie. Thats what she went by and I have not seen her in the area in a few weeks but I'm sure shes there. Carversations are your safest bet just don't go to her house that has cameras as fake as they may B. But my best advice is just avoid her. You know I learned an interesting fact. I won't go to far off the agenda but to really hunt is to understand the hunted feel me. So talking to a cute ho she informed me that if she mistakes a pimp for a john and offers him the goods he can put her under pimp arrest where she is actually fined by him as he determines and informs her pimp which honors this street code. Couldn't have put it better. Most street girls do not have pimps nowadays and haven't since their real "pimp" crack hit the streets. Was good for a laugh though.
A lot of recent reports about lack of activitiy. The weather probably has something to do with it. But keep in mind that the need for drugs trumps the weather and rent still needs to be paid. My spies among the girls tell me there has been a lot of uncle action. I personally saw one last Wednesday. A good looking blond was doing the stroll on Cicero just south of North Ave. I suspected she looked a little too good to be a WSW on that block. I checked out the shopping center on the corner and spotted Leo sitting off in the corner of the lot where there was no way he could see traffic on the street. Unless he was taking a nap in his car with the engine running, it was obvious why he was there. This jives with what girls are telling me. Be careful out there, fellow mongers! If you check outthe CPD website that lists most of the unlucky mongers who get arrested(prostitution patron arrests), you can get some feel for the level of LE activity and where it is going on. Not all the arrests are listed though, but you can get a good feel for some of the more popular areas are.

Actually, I believe all the arrests ARE listed. The purpose of the webpage is to embarrass those arrested and discourage others from mongering, especially in areas where they conduct stings. Given the fact that they arrested so many in the last week, you can guarantee that there will be several more stings upcoming in the 75th & Halsted area.
There used to be stings aplenty in the area around North & Hermitage, but with all the Trixies that have moved into that area, it's harder for mongers to maneuver and SW to get noticed as well as Uncle to run stings. There are occasional stings further west on North, but if they only make sporadic arrests, the odds of those stings continuing lessen. The main spot on the north side where stings are run is on Cicero north of Armitage. There are arrests there all the time.
I remember back in the day when they used to have decoys on Lincoln by the old Motel Row. The problem for Leo was that you could see the unmarked hiding in the alley from the street! The only ones who got nabbed were those trying to make a quick pickup on first sight. To me, they got what they deserved.
Bottom line, NEVER make a pickup on the first pass. Always check out the side streets and alleys for unmarkeds. Make eye contact. If they won't make eye contact with you, they're probably not working (for themselves or Uncle). Try not to make the pickup on the main street. Get them to meet you down a side street or in an alleyway. Decoys will hardly ever move from certain spots because they're always under surveillance. I don't care how hot the girl is, if she won't come to me, I'm not picking her up. Remember, if it looks too good to be true, it usually is.

You give some great tips. I'm sure all the arrests made by the vice squad get listed but some arrests by district teams or individual patrol officers don't always get on. I've been around since the 70's and know a lot of hookers and a few cops too.

For real. I think I only saw one white guy, a couple mexicans, some trannys, and the rest were black guys. Most likely it has to do with the fact that cops pull over more minorities than white folks. For the most part white folks don't look like they're not up to no good (I imagine it has to do to with the way we dress and the cars we own).
I think there are several reasons why the vast majority of those arrested for prostitution related offenses are minorities.
The areas where the stings are held are typically poor with large minority populations. Prostitution is more blatant in these areas, so decoys have a better chance of success than in other areas. I monger primarily on the north side, and I cannot remember the last time I picked up a SW who was dressed like a *****.
It's not about driving prostitution out of a certain neighborhood anymore; it's almost like meeting a quota, the squads needing to make a certain number of arrests, so they run stings in areas with the best chance of succeeding.
I don't know if this applies to blacks, but I do know that Mexicans tend to swoop in for the pickup right away. As I said earlier, I never make the pickup on the first pass, but I've seen Mexicans do it quite often. As a result, I've probably missed out on a lot of good opportunities over the years, but I've also never been arrested.
The prevalence of strolls is not what it used to be, at least up north. Back in the "Golden Age" of mongering (70's and 80's), the main strolls (Broadway, Lincoln, Wilson) were the only place you could find action. There are still strolls, but now you can find action anywhere. It's not blatant. The girls are dressed casually. They're not flagging down customers (for the most part, there are still some who do, unfortunately). It's about eye contact, a nod, a look. For me, mongering is a far more discreet activity than it used to be. Before, if you made a pickup, pretty much everybody around would notice. Now, I doubt if anybody in the vicinity is aware of what's happening.
Discretion is the better part of valor. It's better for you (less attention, less chance of being caught in a sting), it's better for the SW (less attention, less chance of being hassled by cops), it's ironically even better for the neighborhood (not having the stigma of being a "hooker haven", which "normal people" tend to avoid).
Part of me misses the girls in hot pants, fishnets and heels, but I'm more than satisfied with how business is conducted now. Be careful, everyone!

You really have to check out the CPD website on a regular basis. The unfortunate guys who get nabbed stay on for thirty days. It all depends on where the sting is being done as to the race of the arrestee. One of these most recent stings seems to have been done at 75th & Halsted, an area where most white mongerers aren't likely to be looking. I've seen the board when most of the arrestees where white. When the cops were doing more stings up on North Ave., the vast majority of the arrestees were white.
