Show up whatever time you need to in the morning to use the room. I have ended up cancelling the second night reservation on my way out and only get charged for the one night. This recently didn't work out and I ended up paying for two nights as my meeting went on a little longer than expected, but looking back, it all worked out.

I always get asked for Gas Money.
