If her attitude sucks or it was really bad, then 30 or 40 is all she gets. I've been giving this rate since at least as long a time. They remember the next time I come there as the guy who tips well, and it's worked out well for me. YMMV.

I know of 2 that will still gladly accept 3 for the hour, but they also know me. Subtract 1 for CBJ only. As far as GFE, I'd recommend Lauren or Nila. Both beautiful in very different ways.
