Everyone in the adjacent buildings that share the lot know what you are doing there. I just park behind there and keep my head down and walk around to the front door. Many park across the street but I think that draws more attention than just using the lot behind the building. Problem is spots are very limited and it would be very easy to get stuck in that lot if there was a delivery truck or something.

This and lower quality of providers on staff have kept it pretty low on my list the last few years.

Not much to speak of. Like 5/10 on looks. Lackluster HE then I left. This place has seen better days but in all honesty was never the best place in town.
