In all the years I have been going I have not seen or heard of any trouble, there are no SW hanging at the Fulton the only time a SW is there is when a monger brings one there you pay for the room do your business and leave unless you want to hang out and watch TV. I have yet to smell any 420 activity and nobody is hanging out in front of the hotel.
