I can confirm Jackie Diamond is not LEO. Set up an appointment with her. She was tough to get in contact with. Got there and kisses was in the room with her. She wanted kisses to stay while I was there. She didn't look as good in person as in the pics so I bailed, but I know it wasn't a sting.

I wanted to retract post 1610 but couldn't figure out how, in my original post I said nothing about commiting a crime, just accidentally exposing my gun walking across the parking lot to see a friend. When you feel lets say uneasy. I work in the public I deliver gas to stations and deal with all sorts of crack heads and thugs. Doing what I stated has made 100 precent of them turn and walk away. I carry100 percent of the time. I refuse to be a victim. If you don't carry 100 percent of the time or are scared to use it you should turn in your cwp and sell your gun. So lets not waste any more board space with this pm if you want to continue this topic.

Anyone have any info on the above mentioned beauty. She looks to good to be true, but I can find no history on her phone and tin eye does not show her pix to be false. Exposing it isn't a crime, but its foolish. If your going to be robbed, your going to be robbed. Only difference is "flashing" it is more than likely definately going to get you shot / shot at by the assailant. I have a cwp and several firearms and they're either exposed or not. I don't flash them like a hoodlum child. That's foolish and counterproductive to the reasons I actually carry a firearm.

Had a nice little run in with Stacie a few weeks back at her location in Piedmont. She is sweet as can be and the appt was easy to set up with short notice. In South Carolina it is a felony to present a firearm. Presenting a firearm means to show it in a threatening manner. When you raise your shirt to show someone your pistol to scare them, that is showing it in a threatening manner. It is not necessary that you point the weapon at them. The maximum penalty is five years in prison.

Whether you show the pistol to anyone or not, it is illegal to carry a handgun. Unless you have a concealed weapons permit or some other exception applies it is a misdemeanor. The maximum penalty is one year or $1, 000 or both.

RacknRider gave some good advice about exposing a weapon during the commission of a crime. If you are in possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime you can get five years added to your sentence. The five years is mandatory. There is no parole or work release.

As you indicated, walking across the parking lot to see a friend is not a crime, much less a violent crime. But you would be surprised at some of the crimes our State has defined as violent. Participating in prostitution of a minor is a violent crime. So if your friend who advertises that she is 22 is actually 17, and you go to see her with a pistol, you can go to jail for a long time.

You can do what you like, but please don't tell others that it is legal. They might believe you.
