I've visited Windsor and everything you described sounds the same.

Recently visited one of the establishments in Belvidere for relief. Not one hell of a lot of fun. Was rushed into a room, asked to disrobe by the MT and my equipment was rubbed and stroked a bit. Whats weird is, with all that went down and the city getting up in front of the microphones telling us how they've rid the city of all the "human trafficking". Look what's left? And they also said they were going to check for massage licences which they have to prove they went to a school for over 500 hours of study, and the new businesses require a "Business License" (whatever that is). I'm sure the shops that are still open found some way of obtaining them. I guess they can say the schools are overseas. It's something that the asian shops came in after 40 years of the other two shops were running just fine, and all that ran everyone out except the stuff you've experienced now. Once the remaining clientele leave and go to other places the city will just make it impossible for shops to open at all. It's almost that way now. Look at all the money that left the city? The only american place I know of in Madison is the Geisha House. The rest are Asian. I have been to Geisha House and even though more is offered, I never really liked it as much as ERS. Had been going to ERS for over 25 years and always had a good time and felt very comfortable. Oh well, I guess we have to move on.
