Most of the dancers that I speak to about him don't care for him either. He has a reputation of catching a girl breaking a rule and then demanding "service" to let her off the hook. I kept thinking of the freaking Peeping Tom and accidently called him Tom. This explains why those dancers that provide extras don't work on his shift and many of the regular patrons don't show up. There got be a way for us to rid of this bastard. He is destroying our fun!

To Pink Chaser, you're thinking of Silva who works the day shift. I used to get dances from her when she was better looking but somehow her looks harden and I just pass her requests, although she is very liberal with her dances if you're looking for that. She just looks dazed, I really don't think she is on anything. As for Erika's dance, I could've warn you about that one, stay clear of her. The last time I got a dance from her, she started in the middle of the dance and asked me how many dances I wanted and I just said one. She got really pissed and said that all her customers get at least 3 songs with her. I had no choice and it was the worse dance I ever had in that place, little touching allowed and very mechical.

It was Silva, your right. Silva has a great ass and pretty face but I don't like that hunch in her upper back and her tits are too bolt on looking. I can't put the name with the face on Sophia, I'm sure I have seen her as much as I go there though. Had the peeping Tom Donnie looking at me get a dance with Bella Saturday night, nothing destroys the mood more then having someone look in on you.

Been lurking about the past few weeks, but have a report to share.

Went into YS this afternoon, was dead. When I walked in all I could see were 3 girls. Started talking to a smaller Philippine chick, think her name was Layla? Couldn't hear too well to be honest. Talked for a bit, went in the back for some dances. After some mutual touching, she asked if she could make my happier in any way, I said of course. Once she made sure I wasnt Uncle LEO, she was happy to have a nice convo with mr happy. Spoke for a while, and after he got excited and just blurted out every where, we parted. It was $ for the dances, $10 for the room, $10 for cover, and $5 drink. Couldve looked for cheaper, but was in a hurry.

After the dances with her, there were more girls in the club. Two or 3 were very up front about what they would do. Have fun and be careful out there.

Being in town for the bball tournament I figured I would stop off at YS on the way out the St. Pete Forum and see what was up. Got in around 8:00 pm and was totally unimpressed with the talent. Saw someone that I had danced with before and gave her a wave. She stopped by to chat and we caught up on things. I mentioned how slow it was and the limited number of girls and she says,"Donnie is working and no one wants to work when he is here." No sooner had she said that, the little toad came out of the back and made a bee line for the rooms to check them out. He made his way through all of them and then went back to the back. Well, his presence certainly killed any hope of having any fun.

I left soon after that and headed to Hooters for some food. I returned about 10:00 and things had not improved much. Not much of a crowd and the ones that were there were decidedly ghetto as was the music. Not much in the way of talent again. All dancers present were either all inked up tattooed trailer trash or fat assed hispanic hoochie mammas. There was one dancer there that did interest me but her level of body art just disgusted me. Why an attractive woman would elect to mark up what is otherwise a nice body is beyond me.

I stayed until around midnight and the crowd never did pick up. Spoke with Layla for a minute and we shared our dislike of Donnie. It really seems like the girls ca not stand this guy and will do everything they can to avoid working when he is there. His favorite play is to catch a girl pushing the rule envelope so he can hold it over her. He will usually let her off the hook once she has screwed him or he gets a BJ out of it.

So, if the owners of YS ever read this, your continued employing of the piece of gutter trash is costing you business as I won't come in and spend any money in your club if I know Donnie is working. More importantly, his abuse of the female staff is going to get you sued one day.

I need to drive faster next time.

It was indeed a slow night on Saturday. Last Saturday was so packed! I saw about 20 dancers. Faces I recognized was Michelle, Ireland, Allie, Ava, Katherine, Carrie, Elena, and Lexie. I chatted with Layla for a little bit and then I went to do some dances with her. She gives really fun dances. No extras, but the dances are fun. She is a pretty great personality too. Maybe she can be your "warm-up girl" for others.

I was speaking to another dancer about Donnie. She didn't like her either. She told me that if he caught a girl doing something naughty, he will ask the dancer to do to him what she did to customers to get her off the hook. I joked that if a girl was caught with me, I would say to Donnie,"Well, if she is going to get fired, I will suck you dick for her." I just want to see the look on his face when I say this! I guess I can get it on with a Beanie Weenie. .

BTW, does anyone know if Ireland is ever going to retire? She has said for years that she is and I still see her there off and on.

But to hear the same basic story from multiple dancers during different visits, well, I can't discount that. He is truly a piece of gutter slime.

And yes, Ireland has been talking of retirement for years but she is still there. Maybe she is having to support her man and her wife so she can't retire just yet.

I've heard the same stories about Donnie too from other dances, many who have been there for years. I really don't pay attention to him or talk to him anyway. None of the managers really recognize me. The barstaff and dancers do.

But, it's hard not to pay attention to him when he stands outside of your VIP room and stares in to see what is going on. And then comes back 5 minutes later to do the same thing. It makes the dancer very uneasy and it just pisses me off.

But what enrages me even more is the fact that he will intimidate and sexually harass the dancers. That is no behavior for ANY manager no matter what the work environment is. I tell each dancer that gives me a Donnie story that he will never stop unless you do something to make him stop.

As for Donnie, his behavior is pretty horrible. In any work environment, sexual harrassment can be a Human Resources issue. I think the dancers need to gang up and do something.

Speaking of Ybor Strip managers, I saw a female one with dark, curly hair. She didn't look very happy to be there. I'm not sure if I've seen her before.

Can not think of her name at the moment but she has been there for some time. Works mostly week nights I think and the occasional weekend.
