Moving rooms is not unusual, but that should only take a minute or two. Happy prefers certain rooms where the AC is stronger, and if they aren't available at the start of the session, MS will move you when they open up. The clock doesn't restart at that point, but if you're talking about only getting 20 minutes with Happy, total, that sucks.
