This has worked well for me the majority of the time.

Drove by it on Tuesday and it was clearly not open. I really can't imagine someone spending the money to reopen PH given the current attitude toward clubs in Detroit. I'm frankly amazed how many clubs on 8 Mile are still surviving. Too bad because PH was great for us guys in Oakland county. Romulus / Dearborn is a hike, especially driving home after a club trip and a couple drinks.

Never went to the Penthouse but heard stories about it. Players was more in my budget and that place was awesome back before Detroit killed the the club scene. I live in Macomb County and suffer the same issue the drive back from Dearborn is a hike and I-94 sucks through most of Detroit. According to a comment reply on their Instagram page, they are planning to open sometime after Thanksgiving and before Christmas.
