I've been here several times over the years when it has been named differently. On my recent visit, I was met at the lobby by an older mama-san. I opted for a 30 minute massage and since my shoulders were really tight I asked her to focus on them. She actually did a good job loosening up my tight shoulders so I was happy with that. There was zero teasing, on the flip she communicated a basic service with a hand gesture that is universally understood. No discussion of tip, just went to work, no roving hands were encouraged however. It was a nice ending and I compensated accordingly. No evidence of the young ladies shown on the website, however, there were several vehicles in the parking lot and no sounds of other mongers present, so perhaps there were other ladies in the back rooms. If I go back I will ask about the potential for a younger lady.

I think this place is connected to other places in different cities. The website has women who are probably overseas or in NY not Jacksonville and Westside part.
Same like the new one on St augustine rd. It states they have Latinas and multiple masseuse but there is only one.

I know this doesn't really answer your question but I'm in the same boat and I'm not very thrilled with talent here. We've had a few different women that check most of the boxes you listed, but the problem is the demand becomes higher than the supply. Every so often a name will pop up and get a lot of attention here and those are worth checking out for sure.
Aja Health Spa checked quite a few boxes that you listed. I don't know if they're still around or if they moved or if they're gone. I searched for them but it just shows a business called New Aja. I don't know if it's same owners or new owners trying to profit off the reputation Aja built for itself. Anyway, a girl named Angela worked at Aja last year. She was a lot of fun and would lick all over your back door if that's what you're into. She is / was freaky. BBBJCIM was good enough, but she is a spitter. Haven't been back for reasons unrelated to our time together so I don't know if she is still there.
The best I've come across was one I never saw mentioned on any sites, haven't seen her mentioned here or anywhere. Stumbled across her seeing one of the regulars and instantly wanted to try her. Absolute dream, I don't care if it was all acting or not because it worked and was better than anything I've had in Orlando. Unassuming spa in Clay. Unfortunately she left and I don't think she will return, and their new owners apparently don't allow extras. I think stumbling across that hidden gem has fueled the never ending chase and thrill of seeking out new talent, and as we know that gets expensive quick.
I have found different spots on the maps that I don't really see mentioned here and I go in and see who's working, make some small talk. There's no real way to see how talented they are up front, but if I'm just looking for a cute little thing I'll just say no thank you if I don't like what I see and then leave. Also bonus points to calling ahead and asking if they have a shower or if they can give me a shower before the massage. Most that answer yes to that have been well above average. This will at least check the first few boxes but difficult to determine what happens behind the door.
