Perhaps the landlord decided it was not worth it to lease to another AMP so the new one had to close.

A residential location, motel / hotel, unmarked commercial space, or outcall service it is not a massage parlor. I suppose it all comes down to technicalities and opinions and without having a specific thread for independents then I guess we will just continue the debate. IMO, the Craigslist advertiser thread would be better thought of as all advertisers from any website.
