Also I have always had luck at Kohl's when they have a big weekend sale (sad and funny at the same time, but completely true).

A woman shopping at these places on a Saturday night usually have no boyfriends to return home to. They are available and some are horny and kind of lonely. Your chances increase tremendously of getting laid that night or striking up a conversation and and getting some future offers. Yes it's funny and sad but since more men visit bars, stripclubs to find some gals they forget the best places where women are going too. Less competition from men means women are available at the retail outlets. There are many hot single and divorced women to be had. Happy hunting guys.
I scheduled a time with a girl a couple of weeks ago. When I got to the incall I tried to call and even texted- after about 15 min. Of not answering, I left. So I go across town and I start receiving text and she even calls. Since I'm across town- I'm not about to go back- so she's not happy but we leave it on a good note. Evidently her phone was on silent or something and didn't answer. With a different girl, after setting up an appointment I call twice on my way and no answer. She does call me back and I say I will be there in a couple of minutes. I get there and ring the doorbell and knock on the door but no answer, so I leave. Later when I'm across town she calls- but I don't go back. My question is- am I pulling the plug to quickly? I really don't like waiting outside an apartment or hotel room for 10 min. Waiting for someone to answer it. Leaving and going back makes it seem very suspicious, in my opinion. I'm just curious what others do.

You have an appointment and after a reasonable amount of time and for this sort of thing 10-15 minutes is enough you should leave without a backward thought. They should apologize to you.

I said this because how many times we have been whit a girl and her phone is going off. That always makes me think is someone outside waiting for the reply. Who knows.

Then I would review who did this to me if no apology. If I don't believe the apology then I'm informing them of the bad review. Most will say I don't care about reviews, then I know they are lying and are on my Do not call list, then blocked. Next.

With that said, I'm more a UTR girl kinda guy and those girls have a very different perspective (which I enjoy).

Vica-versus with them also. UTR's don't usually advertise and have a select few they see. They don't need the reviews LOL.
Lots of arrests in Jefferson county but mainly streetwalkers. I always Use this site ([URL]http://kentucky.arrests.org/[/URL]) before any meetings to see if UNcle LEO is active in the county and who they are targeting. Tennessee seems bad and the charges are worse if less than a mile from a school.

I'm just curious what others do.[/QUOTE]If we all keep letting girls get away with flaking on us, then we can't expect the quality (and punctionality) of providers to improve. I know things can happen to any of us and cause problems, but if it's the same ones over and over then it's not an accident.
I don't hobby all that frequently but when I do I try to keep the little head in check and bail if I have to wait or get a bad vibe. So far that has worked for me, so I'd say a 10 minute wait is enough. We all want to refrain from getting pinched by our Uncle or a provider / pimp so I never view a "bail" as a failure. I've lived to try again another day. Haha! I'm VERY picky and research a lot before contacting and have only ended up bailing once after getting a bad vibe.
We do need to hold these providers accountable or they'll take advantage almost every time. Perhaps managing expectations ahead is a fair way to handle. During text or phone conversation before the appointment, just make it clear how long you'll wait before leaving. That way they'll know ahead of time to you expect prompt response and maybe won't overbook.
