Now I can see that was a mistake apparently the docs can't hand a damn thing out to people who need it anymore.

Started getting arthritis symptoms in both knees, ankles, hips, lower back, fingers etc) and I got referred out to sports medicine for imaging. They told me to get some over the counter numbing cream and take steroids. Told them when I walked in that I haven't slept a full night in a week and apparently steroids were the answer. Inflammation is going down but I'm on my last nerve.
Anyhow, I've got good insurance and hate going to the doctors, so if I'm going to spend a whole day of my life to get a night's sleep, I don't want to waste my time. She is a D. O. But learned from one of the best. You don't want to take steroids long term if you can avoid it. There are many options to treat the condition that causes the pain. I also have chronic pain in most joints. For fast temporary relief, Diclofenac creams are now available over the counter (don't get it on your dick, it's an anti-inflammatory).
I also learned that changes in barometric pressures aggravate my condition so I found a seasonal home in Florida where they don't get constant low and high pressure weather fronts. The hobby is an extra bonus in Florida. Check out Orlando's massage forum. The massage parlors in Orlando offer specialty therapists that will make you feel young again.

I was incredibly skeptical, but find it really helpful for like a shoulder joint, or knee, or even painfully tight muscles in my neck. This would be a spot adjunct to whatever a rheumatologist tells you. It's certainly not going to fix the problem, and with your family history, you're going to need long-term management. Good luck!

You can find it at feed stores, get the roll on bottle. You can Google it to see if you want to try it. Also use sparingly if you have sensitive skin.

I have a very rare spinal condition that puts me in constant chronic pain. 24 hours a day seven days a week it's just nonstop.
