You can see the edge of the mirror in some of the photos. As for sitting on the floor, it looks like she was freshly showered, hence the messy matted hair.

This is not an endorsement on the validity of the ad. Simply a statement that the photos themselves are not suspect. What I will say though is that those photos also appear on ads beloning to a "Dani" in DC/Northern Virginia and Pittsburgh.
