When I suspect fake reviews I usually see if the reviewers are 1 review only accounts. That being said, I didn't see any of the other girls being from Boston which is where her review city was originally and her area code is in Vermont. But the reviewers had reviewed girls all along the east coast. So really don't know what to make of all the information. Its possible she's an east coast girl temporarily here for the Auto show.
