You have read all the advise and it is correct. Negotiate before you go in the VIP, and do not pay until the end.
There two types of girls in the club; experienced and inexperienced. 98% of the girl are experienced and have had guys ask them for every possible pleasure. You are not going to shock them, so be direct and your negotiation will be much more successful. These girls are also really good a reading guys, so if you are confident and know what you are doing they will give you a good deal. If they sense weakness they will hustle you for additional money.
