Stopped by Kelly last week, hadn't been there in a while; it appeared they are short staffed with only one MT working? MT took me to a room and was told to wait about 10 minutes while she finished up with another customer. The 10-minute wait turned into 15/20 minutes. Paid 70 for 60 minutes got an ok rushed maybe 45 minutes massage after the flip got only utc top and the standard RVA Jackhammer finish with no post jackhammer TS, foot massage or head / neck massage. She got me all cleaned up was told all done. On the way out she seemed annoyed at me for giving her 40 tip.
I must have arrived there before the mid-afternoon happy hour rush because before the massage started one customer came in while the other guy was leaving and during the massage the interruptions continued with 3 more customers with last one was taken to a room told to wait 10 minutes. I was kind of disappointed that it was a waste of time and money because regardless I've always had good time there. Don't think I'll return until they get more staff or I hear otherwise.

I don't believe that all of the providers have a menu with prices and that they are willing to give the same service to everyone that walks in the door. I enjoyed my time with UU. What I think is a great time you may think is a waste of money. I left with a HE and I tipped what I through was appropriate for the session. I may tip a little more this time of year than what is required or requested. Just for the record I tipped the guy in the men's room at the airport because he kept the soap dispensers full, and he has a family also. I go with the attitude of what can I do for her and not what do I require from her. Do I get burnt at times, 100% yes, but the enjoyable times out way the burnt sessions.
