I think it's been established by my past history with them and also reading other's monger's previous posts in the forum, that at least with Sisi's place and Lilly's (Ideal) that the "normal" accepted rates are 100 for massage and HJ. 120 for massage and BJ, and 140 for massage and FS. Of course YMMV, and they certainly won't turn down guys forking over more cash than the minimum rates.
