My experience that maybe those smokers who leave because they can't smoke will mean just as many new customers will be won over. As for the law. The girls tell me, the owners post lots of NO SMOKING signs, and can be quizzed by cops as always saying 'we asked them to not smoke'. It frees them up from responsibility, and there could be a fine levied on the smoker.
Night shift. Not much smoking going on. Snack food was good. Lots of young cute Viet girls. New girls. Friendly and good service.

Went to cafe 186 with friend. Had a great time. 3-4 girls working, one did top and bottom shows, one did top, other two nothing. Friend had bronchitis so smoke got to him. How is MP next door LOL?

Zero to one for refilling tea clothed.
One to two for topless.
Three to five for top and bottom off.
Please don't tip twenties lmfao ok? Jesus even if chick is so hot and you want OTB, she probably won't. I would only tip twenty if getting something really special. Like after a nice longer show and some talking she gives you her phone number or something. Some strange guys with money to burn do tip twenties though. blowing a hundred plus dollars in two hours is easy so be as cheap as possible. that’s already too much to spend on seeing the same two chicks semi naked for a brief minute every now and then. so be cheap unless you get something special.

I'm assuming they keep their shoes on. Hot! If the gals are happy with that I may have to put up with the smokers. Sounds like the cheapest girlie shows on the west coast!

I just keep a bunch of dollar bills handy and tip when I see something pleasing.
Personal recommendation to save you money. Look, there's 30 dudes, maybe 3-4 girls. Girl comes to refill your tea in a cardigan (to cover up in case cops come) but you can see tits and pussy. Once your tea is refilled, you tip and she moves on. 30 seconds. It's not really a show. Every now and then a girl might dance in her bikini. A girl might sit with you for a few minutes and chat. There are dudes that are even cheaper than me. One solo creeper last time I was there was only giving singles. I was there two hours and this dude was there before us and was still there when we left. They don't get offended. 100 pennies makes a dolla.

If your giving large tips everytime they show you top or bottom the girls arent going to notice you giving them the large tip so your wasting money.
If you want to be noticed and get more attention go more often and leave a decent tip on the table when you leave.
I usually hang out 1 to 2 hours and spend under $20 the most $25.
