I saw her about a month ago passed out on the sidewalk on Wendell not far from the old Shamrock. I thought she was dead for a minute but 15 minutes later she back up walking again and this was like 1 am in the morning LOL.

Pass through a little after 7 pm only saw one BSW at the end of Wendell by MLK she was kind of chubby. Other then her nothing was out at all.

Pass through around 8:30 tonight wasn't nothing out except LE on Wendell so I left. Nothing on Fic or Mills either this chilly weather at night really coming the few SW left inside.

The homeless camp up on the hilltop on the SE side of Buford between the overpass and the apartment complex has a few non-pros that walk the sidewalk in front of the apartments there in the daytime. Usually I've seen them 9 ish in the morning. Today I was approached by a non-pro asking for support of any kind and I took her number. She said she was open to car fun and overnights. She then took off her hoodie and sweatpants to give me a little incentive. I passed for today but told her I'd call another time. Jasmine, see Photo.
