Every town has it's bad sections but Oxford is not that bad, definitely safer than Durham IMO. Henderson on the other hand is going to sh#t, and was never very good to start with. I would be very sceptical of and cautious with anyone in Henderson.

Main issue I see with small towns is it is hard to not be noticed. Easier to not stand out in a large town. Also if the girl has any uncle issues the local LEO are probably much more likely to keeps tabs on the girls once they are on their radar.
