I got one from winter park last year, wasn't certified or anything. I didn't even open it the first time. I didn't find out I had a ticket until I went to renew my tags and they told me my license was about to be suspended for an unpaid ticket. Worst part it was my wifes car. I know of only one red light camera on colonial and Maguire that has a sign that says no right on red, that one definitely gets a ticket for turning.

Once you find the intersection you were at, you can see if the camera captures northbound or southbound traffic. East or West also. If you rolled through a right on red after stop sign chances are you will be fine since they mainly target going through the intersections. Here is a link to the Orange County cams.
