The photos are from the Los Angeles area and other western states, with different phone numbers and recent ads that show them there during the same dates they have been posted here. The listed number is from Idaho and also list and ad from just yesterday in that state. You call the number and they try to get a credit card number to prove you are safe to deal with is my guess.
