Fences are designed to do two things: keep people in or keep people out.

People can cut across the trailer lot as a short-cut. So you have drunks, drug-addicts, criminals, etc. Cutting through a parking lot. That's an insurance nightmare if one of them gets hit by a big-rig. Even at low speed. They may also have a problem with theft or maybe an overrun in the population of lot-lizards. .

Cutting through the lot also makes it easier to duck any curious uncle.

If they were putting up the fence to begin construction, they would have just emptied out the lot first. It's much faster / cheaper to do that.

LP.[/QUOTE]Hey LP. Hakasan is a good club but the lines are long unless you have a good way in. I'm not the best on the clubs but it's close enough to go from Luxor since it's in the MGM across the street. Luxor has a club also.

As for Streetwalkers, they'll be available in either direction from you. I've seen quite a few in the retail area walking between Mandalay and Luxor and there is usually a good selection on the walkways between Excalibur and NYNY, in NYNY, between NYNY and MGM (on the walkway) and at the bars in MGM.

Best Vegas does is open format (as opposed to EDM at most clubs), where you will probably get some hip-hop. Open format clubs are like 1 OAK, Tao, Bank, Hyde, etc.

The bigger clubs have hip-hop rooms, like Heart of Omnia and the Ling Ling Room at Hakkasan. Those would probably be your best bet if you really want hip-hop, but hard to guest list there as a single male.

In any case, with a little luck going to any of these clubs you won't need part -be at all.

Be careful if you are in Vegas this weekend. The past two days have been heavy with police, writing tickets and hassling girls. Very few girls out on Boulder and Fremont, with motorcycle cops staked out at the Arco at Charleston and Boulder Hwy, and cops along Fremont and Charleston.
