No, they did not and I'm getting tired of guys saying they did. They say in the affidavit that they saw stuff on Rubmaps, but when they wanted a warrant they presented evidence, real evidence, not hearsay. They presented the observations of police officers that only male customers entered, they presented lab reports of trash they had tested that was positive for semen.
It's always the same, when the people applied for the license the clerk that took the application called the cops, they checked the place out from outside, then sent in undercover cops to see what was available and then when they got told to bust it they busted it. Oh you ask why they were told to bust it? Good question and like all this shit there is always an election behind busting hookers.

I think the police in Florida knew it was just a prostitution ring which was the real intent of the investigation. They emphasized it as a human trafficking case to get the warrants approved, gain public support and make it "sexy" for prosecution. They rolled the dice and if they happened to get some trafficking charges out of it, even one, it would just be icing on the cake. The police are after the money too, and they know that's there regardless. It's not like a toxic meth lab that costs them money to clean up.
That health inspector didn't just notice those conditions on her own, she was instructed by police to go in and look for certain conditions then police played that up. Whether she just found a few snacks in the fridge, a few extra massage mattresses laying around, police would have still framed it as evidence of people living there and thus trafficking.
In Florida they already had evidence of prostitution through admissions of johns caught during traffic stops. If that was the case, why the need to install cameras in massage rooms? Watching someone on a silent video acting like a prostitute isn't going to tell you if she is doing it willfully or not.
And why install cameras in the massage rooms rather than the "living quarters", bathroom, entrances, kitchen and general areas? That's where people living there are going to be, being beaten by their captors, curled up in a corner crying because they are a slave, etc. That activity is not going to happen in front of the customer while they are being giving a massage.
No headlines from ICE or FBI taking credit for a wider international trafficking investigation either. Just mentions of assistance. That tells me the feds know its not the real deal so they staying on the sidelines regarding the trafficking.
Use of tax payer money for overzealous policing and abuse of the Patriot Act. Now it will cost tax payers millions more as the government works to shore up charges against high net worth misdemeanor defendants.
Politicians in Florida want to pass "SB 540 Human Trafficking" law.
It will put most anyone, even innocent if caught in an LE Trap, on a "Soliciting for Prostitution Public Database".
Are there any ideas of how to put a stop to this?

I know this place is out of the way, but it shows that there is always potential to end up on Pornhub via pervs like this guy. Probably producing his own whack-off collection, but who knows. I think most places would be scared shitless of any employees getting identified doing anything illegal on these recordings, but this guy was the only one who knew. I wonder how he got caught.

The ruse here was that they got the warrant because they convinced a judge that there was sex trafficking going on at those spas. So far there have been no charges for sex trafficking. All they have now is misdemeanor charges and a gross violation of the 4th amendment. Of course, that's just my humble opinion and I'm not a lawyer.

IOW, they're trying to get them to testify (you know, perjure themselves) that they were victims of human trafficking.
While I doubt it will go that far, it would be terrific if Kraft and his lawyers decided to go to court. It's unlikely they'll win in Florida, but I'd think they'd have a better than 50/50 chance on appeal. And Kraft, unlike the other poor slobs that got caught, has the money to go all the way.
