Some information is in the forum or other websites. Grace can be easily found on HX by seeing her profile. But reading more about HX, it seems that's only the first step to an HX account. Thinking of all the work needed in order to build a network and getting reviews gives me anxiety. Finding "newbie friendly" providers which will charge you more that are willing to provide references and working up that ladder seems like more work than I'm willing to put into the platform.
