Photos can be fun or a nightmare
To be fair on all fronts this is by no means a judgement call or finger pointing. It is meant for informative purposes only. By all standards it's a tug on the coattail. Some thoughts on safety and thinking past the bulge in the pants. Long term.
Lets all keep in mind we don't deal with the most respectable group of individuals on this planet. With that thought ever present we don't want to be a target for get rich quick schemes. I can't count the times people have told me they have been threatened with lawsuits over photos that's both posted and those taken innocently. Here's a couple examples.

Off and on, photos / videos appear here that are of people in various state of undress while sleeping or in some cases just passed out in rather compromising or questionable situations. We've all seen them. What's a guy to do?
The following link is not to imply anything did or didn't happen. No matter what or how the incident took place, the end result is not very attractive all around. I came across the link and wondered how many individuals here may have found or will find themselves in a similar situation.

It's important to read and comprehend the rules on the site here. Understand the consequences for any actions connected with this playground. That includes legal and moral.
We need to always be thinking ahead. Constantly wondering what's the worst that can happen? What can go wrong with everything we do relating to the game? Is this girl trustworthy? Should she be watched closely? Of course, by all means.

As for the attached link about the non consensual photos, my advice is this. If you are taking photos of any kind, be sure your ass is covered. Try and get the subject to indicate their consent either by holding a sign, a thumbs up or some other indication that she's ok with and giving you permission with regards to taking the pics. There are plenty of free release forms online for all you wannabe photographers. You of course want to claim and retain ownership to all rights of any photos you may take. Otherwise you could end up in the wrong seat in a court room.
The most damning photos around are those where the subject appears unaware of what is taking place. Or even unhappy about the circumstances taking place.
The wrong approach to any photos you may take could cost you big time down the road.
I'm sure there are a number of people right here on this board that can relate horror stories of innocent "Photo sessions" that came back to bite them in the ass.
I would be interested in any mongers' views both pro and con on photo posting. Please share what you can offer on the subject. Me, I'm just an 'OL Gator.
