Mr Beef on Orleans. Good beef but prob not in the discussions for best of the best anymore. But. It's where that show The Bear which was a big hit on Hulu is filmed so bonus of good IG material if that's your thing!

My all time favorite was at Tom and Jerry's in Dekalb. My gf introduced it to me and I was thinking Portillo's was best and it was a hit or miss depending on which Buona Beef you went to. (I really like the one on Higgin's near Barrington Road.) Now I agree with her about T&J's, but they might not be around much longer.

There are four good beef joints nearby me, my favorites in order would be Mr. Beef and Pizza on Harlem and Irving, Frannies Beef on River Rd in Schiller Park, Buona and Portillos.

My visitors would sometimes pickup what I liked to call "the heartattack special". Which was the cheesy beef with sweet peppers, dipped and cut in half with fries! O on occasion I would ask for the beef sausage combo given the same treatment. I mean that stuff is terrible for your heart, however who really cares when I eat big, f it. I eat very big! Oh wow! Miss it right now. As far as corporate beef not a fan at all. There is a little place bob o's at cumberland and irving that I like just for the amount of food they give you. Also I can walk to frannie's from here and just by driving by I know that is a great local place for comfort food! Like I say 12 15 bucks for a beef and fries I am ok with, however I want that beef to be stacked and falling out, a real bun like a turano or gonnella and then dipped with the sweet peps. I just don't like the way the corporates handle the whole process and have tried the ones mentioned here. Just not impressed. Now gyros don't get me started. I am half greek so I do know by gyros! Stosh.
If you're using an iPhone and have a burner app of some kind because you have an SO and don't want to get caught, make sure you turn off the Screen Time setting (Settings and then scroll down to Screen Time). Screen Time shows your time using each app.
This has nothing to do with anything. I just thought my fellow mongers might enjoy it. I just finished reading an online story about a woman in England that was denied enjoying a number of rides at an amusement park due to safety. The problem? Her 38 E chest denied safety restraints. I almost coughed up laughing. I wish she would come to me for a ride. There would be no safety issue and she could have a great ride.
So EB and LC has this thing where you have to take a picture with your I'd to post an ad. I'm not sure if the system is just complicated or if the girls are dumb, but there are a lot of ads where there are pictures of the girl holding up her I'd with all her information. A quick 2 minute google search and you have their real name, address, phone number, birthday, their social media, where they work, where they went to school, etc. It's incredibly ripe for abuse. The profession needs to be legalized and regulated.

Reading through the comments on each forum, I have come to the conclusion that most of you don't understand this hobby, how it works, or most protocols. Of the people who comment regularly, only a few know very little. It seems there is far more complaining than having fun. I will offer my services to a select few. I encourage lurkers, who probably have equivalent knowledge to mine, to participate. I hate to see so many swing and miss more often than hit a homerun. Who wants to learn?

I've had a few give me their contact info and agree that you should proceed with caution and not expect anything, but see where it goes.
