I saw Destiny about 6 weeks ago; the set up was pretty easy, and I had a wonderful experience with her. Based on this experience, I contacted her at 12:45 PM for an appointment later today at 5:30 PM. As in the previous time, she responded right away and said she was available. We had 2 more exchanges before I left to see Stars Wars, with the intention to continue for the appointment afterwards.

I started trying to reconnect with her from 4:40 PM, after the movie. However, she did not respond. Knowing that she could be busy, I drove to Costco and parked, since I was informed that the location will be in that vicinity. I sent multiple text messages and also made 3 phone calls, all to no avail. My last message was at 5:29 PM and I indicated that I was leaving. I decided to stop at Walmart on 28th Street to pick up a few things, and then saw her message after I got out, which said "Hey, I'm sorry I fell asleep". Since I was still in the neighborhood, I sent a message back to her that I could still make it to the appointment if that was okay with her; I followed up by driving to Costco again. Once more, I sent text messages and made phone calls, but never heard back. After waiting for another 25 min I gave up and left.

It is such a shame that she did not, at least, send me a response. I really liked her and we seemed to have hit if off, but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I know things come up and that plans don't always follow our desired order, but it seems wrong to let someone drive a long distance in crappy weather like this, only to be left out in the cold! I try very hard not to mess providers up; whenever my schedule changes suddenly and I can't make an appointment, I make sure to call ahead since I believe that is the right thing to do. Maybe I am naive, but I expect people to be conscious and respectful of other people's time.

I tried contacting her again last night for the second time. And she exchanged a few texts, then crickets. And hours later I get a text saying she fell asleep. Starting to think setup is impossible.

Recent reports on Destiny are sounding exactly like the ones Beth was getting before she completely disappeared. Hopefully Destiny is paying attention. Hate to lose another good provider.
