I read your previous review as being wholly unsatisfied with the session itself (feeling "rushed out" for example). I don't think I have ever had an issue with CBE and the session itself. My problem is getting to the session. You count the two aspects as one in the same. I cannot dispute that view point as the two certainly go hand-in-hand. But a separate them simply due to the fact that either can completely override the other. If a provider is perfectly punctual time after time, but during the sessions she is a dead fish, her punctuality is not going to earn her a call back. It is appreciated. But, that is about it. But, on the other hand, if sessions with her are anything enjoyable, sooner or later the fact that it costs me consistently three or four hours to have a one hour session is going to weigh against her as well. In either case, price is irrelevant to me in both instances.

But, to go back to an earlier response of yours, you are correct, I do not go out of my way to be "so mean". I do not see where that serves anyone's interest. If I were reviewing a restaurant I found beneath my desires, I would say that. Saying the chef is lousy and the food sucks is usually unnecessary. If a provider did something undeniably wrong (theft, for instance), I would say so. But beyond that, I see no reason to be harsh. It has nothing to do with diplomacy.
